Thanks again for your post and prompt response. Well, to those who always get a red flag irrespective of how many times they try with new emails; you need to find someone who resides in ae.to help you open an account for you. But please he/she shouldn't fill any details you already used (biz name, phone number etc) let him/her use his or hers. Only your town, city, country should be really yours. Don't use your ID to confirm anything. Let him or her send you a scanned copy. It's a question of trust. Anytime PayPal receives any of your details during login, it's automatically red flag as the previous attempts. And they don't care about real name or matching name as long as a you used the person's ID to verify. This was my own shitty experience.

I just created a pay pal account following ur step by step guide,I got to the stage where they requested card details I did enter the detail so it asked for CSC code,I entered a 3 digit code at the back,and later I got a message from my bank that the can has been declined

Pls I was able to change Ng to AE, selected business. It gave the option for accept payment in 2 places.

Credit card & Bank account,...no debit card.
I selected credit card, but it wasn't successful
I noticed yours gave debit card in the option. What do I do pls?
After signing up.. mine is telling me after review “they have permanently limit my account due to potential risk and I’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal “

I have been looking for this for a while now. I have a question below:
1) Since i have a UBA account, when i apply for the prepaid credit card, how do i fund the card or the money in my savings account will be used to fund it?(cos you mentioned that there will be a 5 dollar deduction).
2) Does this prepaid dollar credit card work with savings account or i need to open up a domiciliary account and if it works with savings account ,can i still get a naira credit card for the same account?
3) i have heard that PayPal does like a number verification after 2 months of opening the PayPal account with the country you opened it with and if you are not able to verify the account with correct country code digits then they will ban the account since you chose Dubai, how do we bypass that?

You are welcome
1. It's a separate account and not attached to your normal account. You don't even need to have an account with them before getting a prepaid card. I didn't have an account with them before I got the card.
You can transfer directly from your any of your regular account to it or walk into the bank for deposit. You would see the account number on the card once it's given to you. This should answer question 1 and 2.
3. I have been using my account for about 5 to 6 months now, and I haven't been asked for such verification. The only verification I did was to input the ID number on my international passport and also VERIFIED using the link that was sent to me.

Because there are no ATM that dispense dollars in Nigeria, it's impossible to withdraw with the prepaid Dollar card. I basically use mine to shop online.

Please perform the process on a PC not on your phone or mobile App. You can't use the same email address for 2 different accounts.
I don't use the App, even when I want to login on my phone, I use the website.
