You wanna know what I love about this music? The fact that because Colm McGuiness wrote it, and he is from Ireland, that this makes me think of Ireland. Everything about this music is just....gorgeous. I love the violins, especially, paired with the high whistle. So well done. Every time I hear this music, it isn't just that it fits with TTRPGs or video games, but whenever I listen to this song, I imagine standing on a high hill on the Emerald Isle (a fantasy name, if ever there was one), and just looking over the land as the sun comes up, and being filled with peace and felicity. Thank you, Colm, and CR, for making this music!
I love this music so much. I’ve been putting it on repeat in the background. It just hits right in my soul and sparks my creativity and sense of adventure. Really good for brainstorming character or campaign ideas.
I love this SO MUCH, was hearing it in my head today and really wanting to listen to it and here it is, thank you for posting, it just touches my soul so much.
Thank you for uploading this. I listen to this calming, mesmerizing music before all campaign games, and when I just want to relax and imagine my pretend worlds. Very nice :)
@@ozysturm1084 They'd probably have to arrange something with Colm McGuinness, who wrote this (and the Welcome to Wildemount music in the artwork break music for Campaign 2, and Jason Charles Miller for the various remixes of the original theme. Also, a lot of their C1 background music was from Elder Scrolls, Pillars of Eternity and other licenced titles, so they were given permission to use it, but it was other people's copyright.
I am to assume that this is Colm R. McGuiness who did the talks machina themes as well as others for Critical role...Unfortunately, he has not published any of these and i wish he would....
I would LOVE to see his for Campaign 1 or 2. EXU and Campaign 3 seem to have a very limited amount of artwork they show in breaks now, for some reason.
EXU is all pretaped. There's no artwork for it other than setpieces and commissioned art which is all spoilers. And by the time art exists the whole thing is produced and ready to go out. I think C3 is still so fresh they are avoiding possible spoilers in the art for now

Straight fire, love EXU and Campaign 3 so far!
please, someone, tell me when the official music comes out, this is amazing.
I found some idea in a (legend of zelda compilation) but it's only a assomption. Timelapse 26:28.
It sounds like another Colm McGuinness song, but I'm not sure.

Thank you, Thank you, and again Thank you. This music is so beautiful and would love to see if the full version of this music is different.
I do wonder if the team from Critical role may do a CD or Playlist of there Backgound music like they did with their recent Mighty Vibes series?
yur welcome ^^

Thankyou for getting this. I love this artwork song.
This makes great recap music for D&D sessions.
EDIT: Turns out the track is literally called "The Adventure Begins".
Thank you so much!
Am I the only one hearing some similarities between this song and Fi's Farewell, from Skyward Sword?

He doesn't own them (CR does), so he can't publish them.
Petition CR if you want an album, im sure they'll do it one day!
The Exandria Unlimited Wiki does give Colm McGuinness the credit for this music. I am mesmerized by this music and play it before all of my D&D games.
CR has to know that people are dying to buy the CR tracks from colm - i hope they are just waiting to get more tracks for a release or something
This song and others have been released by the CR team in an album called "Welcome to Tal'Dorei" on Spotify!
Oh you mean artworks and break music... I thought the artworks broke the music somehow. xD
Yeah. Now it makes sense. ^^ Thanks for uploading.
thank you *so* much :]
yur welcome ^^
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
The only time i heard the same style is in a legend of zelda relaxing playlist.
Thank you

it's to prevent spoilers, because certain artworks can depict something huge that happened that not everybody got to see yet
