Abdul Qader Joins SpeedCamp's Fast Bowling Coaching Team!

We are proud and excited to announce the latest addition to the SpeedCamp Coaching Team, Abdul Qader!
Abdul is currently an active cricketer with a unique background having trained himself from bowling at 60mph to now being able to reach speeds up to 85mph and above!
He understands technique, fitness, discipline and most importantly, the attitude that is required to bowl fast!
The decision to bring Abdul on-board wasn’t rushed. Our founder, Shahbaz Choudhry has been working with him for the last two years. He has firsthand experience of SpeedCamp’s unique Three Energy System framework. He understands it and we have applied it successfully to his bowling.
More recently, he has spent the last 3 months living with our team and diving deep into intense coach education and development to give him the best start in this new role.
We’ve enjoyed having Abdul’s involvement in sessions with SpeedCamp’s current crop of athletes and his perspective and insight has already made an impact!

00:10 i tried to calculate the speed of that delivery i got 0.46-0.48 Sec to crease definitely it's a void calculation because the ball isn't visible when he is ready to release it so i took i the position from where he would have released the ball the speed is btw 150-154kph there may be some variation
