I bought the H8 which is a step up, 22.5 ah battery and dual motors. This thing is a beast. I just posted 4000 miles and still loving it. I actually added another battery for 46.5 ah, so I now have some serious range. I think I could maybe do 200 miles and I will soon try it. 😀
These less expensive bikes seem good for cruising around the neighborhood. Too bad the screen was damaged... kinda hard to get a real sense of how good/bad the usability of it might be with that issue. Glad they got that replaced for you. The bike I'm *really* interested in is the Talaria... it's more of a competitor to the Sur Ron.
So ive had this bike about two weeks now and it's crazy good. I've taken it to the beach in CA on the sand and it's awesome. There is plenty of torque to push you thru loose sand. The green wheels are sick! So many compliments in just one week. Ive spent about $300 in accessories and add ons like peddles, back rack bag, blue tooth speaker, brake lights with turn signals, high end saddle, helmet, work bike stand, better mirrors, flat out for tires and a few other things. Love the bike so much my wife wanted one so we bought another one and I'm putting all her accessories on now too. Right now it's $999 on Amazon thats a great price for this ebike. It's bit heavy for my wife and it's beefy with those 26 inch X 4 inch tires. If you get a chance to buy one you won't be sorry. We took them into the mountains in Nevada on some dirt trails to see how they do yesterday and it didn't disappoint. Torque is great 83N had plenty of power uphills. Would definitely buy again. Update: I've had the bike about 3 months now. I've lost 30 lbs riding everyday. I do about 12 miles a day and I'd do more but 120 degrees here in vegas it's just to hot to ride more. The bike has preformed great no problems at all. My wife fell on her took a small fall and broke her cell phone holder. I called the company and the sent one right out.

Super cool review. I’ve been thinking of purchasing a e-bike for a while. This one fits my budget. Nothing to serious and looks pretty reliable. Thanks for sharing! Oh if ur interested in selling it I’d buy it off you..
Eahora recently released a Romeo electric bike. It got a massive 2,880Wh battery so you should easily achieve a minimum of 100 miles range per charge on either the Eahora Romeo or Juliet.
You kept correcting yourself on the $1400 price, but the time you add in tax and shipping it's basically that price. The frame is nice but it's not a particularly special/custom job, the battery looks like a generic ebike kit style one. So you could buy a kit for 300 and toss it on a $1000 fat tire bike or you basically buy this, with the benefit here of not having to build it yourself. Love the rims.

Likely a 750 watt motor peaking at 1,000.. Normal run of the mill. I would have waited for the new display. Oh well. Good they sent one.. That's nice! You may have some bald spots on your tires after that brake test.😳
Thanks for the video. I’m very close to getting a e-bike. Not a bad bike for the price. I live in an area with lots of hills and may shop around for more range. Thanks again
The dual motor version has a larger battery 23AH instead of the 17Ah battery he's using here. It has 2 1000W motors that will dominate hills, of course dual motors means more battery drain so it's a trade-off. But a 200lb+ man getting 20 miles while not peddling at all is about as good as you are going to get. What I like is that it's built with off the shelf parts so even if the company went belly up you can still get parts for it.
I am thinking of buying this bike over the H8 because of the size difference. I am 5'8" and my inseam is 31. The H8 bar clearance is 33.5. Any advice? For those of you that have this bike, has it held up? Did you get good customer service?
I bought this a month ago and it has held up pretty well. I bought the refurbished version of it because it saved me a few hundred dollars, so they did not send all of the accessories. I reached out to their support and they sent everything that wasn't sent at first. They are very responsive, and if anything is broken or not working they send it out. The shipment for the accessories can take up to 2 weeks. As far as size, I am 5"11 and I find the bike to be kind of large, I fit but I wouldn't want to be much shorter, so if the H8 is even bigger, than at 5'8 you would have a hard time with the H8. The bike itself has held up pretty well.
Battery is a non-issue. A friend looped my other ebike and the battery skipped across the driveway, into the street and ricocheted off a curb. The case has a hairline crack but it still works as intended.
I just bought this like a month ago cause this review solidified my decision cause I wanted a nice bike due to my car giving out on me. It no longer works. Not only these bikes are super heavy but they work against the battery because the tire has way more surface and resistance and that works totally against you if you are a city driver.
