You do get a story if you let the start screen play on for a bit! (It's also referenced in the Beeny game as a prequel to this) but it is a little obscure!
I must have missed that one lol, I did let the start screen play for about 20 seconds too. Not played beeny but I've played several of the previous games they've made.
I find it fascinating how triple A companies continue to think consumers want the latest graphics, and bland, by-the-numbers gameplay in every single game, when the market for games with graphics from the 90s and stellar gameplay is booming. Stuff like this and the "boomer" shooter stuff is prioritising gameplay over everything else, and I adore that.
Yea this one can be pushed to about an hour at most I'd say, there's not much exploration to be had but the hidden codes do provide a little extra content to descover.
Never really liked the N64, I skipped this gen Nintendo, so find these a bit meh, but at least dev has actually created a finished game, even if it's short they've made some kind effort which deserves credit.

Thanks for getting this to show up on my feed! Never would have heard about the game otherwise
Thank the UA-cam algorithm for doing its job for once lol.
I've loved the recent wave of 64 homages. I've played this developer's other games so I bought this one the second I saw it on the shop.
Yea he's done a great job with them, I'm still hoping for a full length title at some point in the future.

Yea I love the re-emergence of these classic 90s style games, hopefully we will see more on the switch in future.
I've enjoyed the developers other games so I'm probably going to pick it up.
Yea it's another fun one, short but enjoyable enough.
No bosses in the game it appears and barely any enemies…that’s a shame
From what I've played that's pretty normal for this developers games (Toree 2 does a have a final boss though).
Aye it is, most of them are very casual plays.
Masterpiece
We need more 64 type games this is awesome just like toree
We do indeed and more PS1 inspired,
Have you played Regina and Mac, also from Diplodocus games? It doesn't look as nice as this game, but it has the content and level design.
Nope not played that one but will take a look dude.
how nice this one does look good and when i play games i norm manage to get hours out of them even when they say there short :D

Take the reviewer’s advice, turn it into a full game and I’ll buy it.
This game its looking cool
Aye its an enjoyable little play.

You know what? Screw it, it looks kind of fun. Need a dumb game once in a while.
Aye its an easy play Cesar, a nice one to waste an hour or so on.
@@SwitchStars Nothing wrong with that!
