I'm from the downtown district of the city of Hercules, the bird section aka the 14 side, right by Refugio Valley Park and Ohlone Elementary School! I would prefer Pleasanton personally over Fremont
I lived in Hercules for about 5 years and know "The Birds" neighborhood. I never heard it referred to as "the 14 side". Why is it called that? I learned something new! Thanks!
@@RichFlemingRealtor because at one time in the city, the westcat bus Route 14 used to go through that particular neighborhood which is why I grew up at! Now they've changed it many years ago but those of us who grew up there we know that the Route 14 westcat bus used to go through the bird section AKA thus beginning the 14een🦚🌁Side✊🏾✌🏾
@@RichFlemingRealtor the first side so to speak that started saying sides was the 12th side which is the tree section of the city where all the streets are named after trees in which my older brother grew up on 1790 Redwood whereas I grew up on 1529 Partridge Drive so where he grew up at is The 12welf🌴Side because the Route 12 westcat bus drive through that neighborhood!
