    Hi Andrew
    Another great video👍
    Those kuying teton rods are amazing.
    I have the baitcaster version 2 to 10g.
    It's beautiful to use. I also use a rosewood 0.5 to 5g baitcaster rod for ultralight fishing.
    Very affordable rods, if anyone I looking for a light baitcaster setup. I have a couple of GH100 reels. I fitted the upgraded bearings to them. Casts 2.5 g easily.
    Tight lines bud 🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣🎣

      Hey,
      Sounds great! I had one of the Rosewood rods a couple years back. Nothing wrong with it but it was given to some kids 👌

    Great vid Andrew, I love sul fishing. What hooks are you using ? I use owner mosquito hooks but I’m looking for some that are easier to get hold of in the UK

    Hiya Andrew, Another great little vid. Silly question time but.... What is the green tackle box you have? I've started using a rucksack more often as I find itmore comfortable and and doesn't get in the way like a waist pack. But, the one down side is there aren't enough little pockets and things seem to disappear in the dark recesses of my bag whereas that little tackle box looks ideal for tidying up a few bits and bobs.

      It's Korda TackleSafe. NGT makes them as well for half price.

    Were you fishing on a river or canal? I find winter lure fishing on canals particularly challenging

      This was mostly slack of the river by the locks.

    If the water is murky should I still use lures as I fear the fish may not see it

    • @Thermopylae2007
      @Thermopylae2007 3 роки тому +2

      Unless the water is chocolate brown with silt, you'd be amazed at how little light perch need to see a bait. I have caught them on lures under the ice in cloudy water, so a bit of murkiness shouldn't be a problem. It might not hurt to add some scent, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary.

    • @AndrewsKnots
      @AndrewsKnots  3 роки тому +1

      From what I found, in murky water smaller fish seems to stop feeding. Bigger ones still feed. Actually all 3 of my 4 lb. Perch came out from very muddy water..

    Kodėl tu keli daugiau kontento į šitą kanalą o ne į lietuviška

    • @Apolonijus
      @Apolonijus 3 роки тому +4

      Normalu, niekados negali susitelkti į abudu kanalus, vienas visada bus geresnis už kita ( sekėju atžvilgiu )
      Tiesa sakant mums Lietuviams šis kanalas gali papildyti tam tikros žuklės informacija, šiame kanale radau platesne ir detalesne informacija apie upėtakių žūklę, Autorius susitelkes labiau į šį kanala nes ir pats gyvena anglijoje, ir jis kalbėdamas ir dėstydamas žvejybos aspektus anglų kalba, padeda žmonėms iš viso pasaulio, suvokti pagrindinius žvejybos aspektus ir taktikas. Looking forward for your answer Andrew.
