A resisted Giga Impact has a higher damage than a neutral Thunder (thats what I discovered when I used Shadow Regigigas in Great League)

I think Hidden Power kinda has to stay as is, I think if it were to be a good fast move it would be pretty bad for the game ngl. BUT it is truly a terrible move (3 turns, 9 damage and 8 energy.) It's a clone of Struggle Bug and slightly better than Rock Smash (Rock Smash generates 1 less energy.)
I kinda wish Regigigas and Regidrago got Lock-on like the other Regis, but they don't learn it in the msg. I imagine Regigigas is just stuck being bad, to reference its ability Slow Start. Though if Niantic wanted, they could make its signature move Crush Grip a fast move for it.
having a slight buff would be really fun though

@@lovelylunarladyregigigas, drago, and eleki need buffs. It is pitiful how bad they are in pogo when in VGC they’re quite nice

In PVPoke I’ve put Regigigas with lock on body slam and shadow ball and that thing is an absolute MENACE in simulations! The meta and power creep has made it less absurd but it would still absolutely dominate if it had good moves!

@@MariaMartinez-n1n I am aware of that. On PVPpoke you can customize movesets just for theoretical battles. I did that with lock on regigigas and body slam (with varying coverage moves) and it does very well given its insane stats! The same is true for Slaking!
@@lukaslambs5780 sure, but what’s the point of simulating battles with movesets that have no chance of making it to the game? Perhaps try looking up what moves it actually learns on Serebii and simulating battles with movesets that have the potential of being added to its kit. Just my two cents…
I wish they would give regigigas a top tier fast move. His stats are insane i wish he would get shadow claw or counter or even dragon tail and he would be instant meta

Hey Henry, awesome video as always. I had a question about which Necrozma I should fuse for Master League: For my Dawn Wings should I fuse my 14/14/14 Necrozma with the portal background or my 15/14/15 without background?
I really like the portal background over the standard psychic background but I tend to value meta relevance more than shiny/backgrounds… so Will that 1 extra point in Attack and HP have huge effects on its PvP performance?

Lunala is ranked higher on pvpoke, but they are both amazing at different things. Lunala one is better in more flexible ABC lines, while the Solgaleo one is great in ABB lines.
Both are insane! Dawn wings is the better closer,dusk mane functions better as safe swap

Else necrozma is neutral plus its solgaleo with better movesets
But cost of less bulk and more att stat

Never gonna happen. It’s the move they give us otherwise OP Pokémon in order to neutralize them. Chansey, blissey, etc

shiny is better due to 15 attack
Never raise a ML pokemon that doesn't have 15 attack. 15/13/14 isn't the best, but it's fine if you don't get something better from trades.

@@Electricboogaloo50 That one's solid. 15 defence and attack are mandatory. Your dawnwings loses the 0s to gyarados and the 2s to rhyperior, which are uncommon matchups if you play open masters only (not silph etc) but it's good to know not to play those matchups out.
