Niantic truly is a bozo company for not allowing Origin Dialga to learn Roar of Time by Elite TM. Absolute dogshit.
It sends the message that you can't just wait for a free release. You want your goodies, you need to pay.
They should just allow elite TM but you dont get the adventure effect. Id be happy with that compromise

@@nickebs it wasnt released this past week as henry said, it was actually released during Sendai Japan Go Fest, so enough time has passed to best buddy it. Now that routes give hearts I think you can get it in 12 days or even 11 if you get enough gifts from buddy
@nickebs i mean it took me I think 14 days to BB my shadow groundon my first one so I wouldn't be suprised if it could be done way faster poffins make a huge difference
