Oh man, thank you very much. We love DIY building and wanted to try something different. Drifting is blast! I’m sure you’ll have lots of fun and I hope you can find a track near by 👍
I’m so glad I happen to find this I just bought a 325i 5 speed I definitely want to make it a drift build in due time when money allows it great video I’ll be watching
Awesome. Thanks for watching. Was planning on getting in some more seat time, but now the rear diff is leaking fluid from the diff cover. I may record the fix because BMW recommends using specific locktite gasket sewer. My guess is when the diff was welded, the incorrect gasket sealer was possibly used 🙁🙁🙁
The lock clips should’ve been down and not up on those fittings for the coolant hoses .. I learned my lesson with that. It has to lock itself in, not put on and then the clip pushed down manually
@@Itsallaboutthebuild oh no I understand. That’s how I thought too when I did OEM & Mishimoto on mine . Bottom rad hose came off on me before & pushing the locking clip down myself was why 😅
@@Itsallaboutthebuild in all fairness that lower Rad hose is just a pain no matter how you go about it lmao that thing puts up a fight. I’ve done it numerous times & still haven’t found a trick to doing it
@@julianhavelaar8653 we just started learning how to MIG weld. It’s actually not too complicated. The biggest pain will be having to drop the rear end to get to the welding points. Check out our learning to MIG weld stuff if you’re interested. Thx 🙌🙌🙌
@@Itsallaboutthebuild dropping the subframe without a lift is definitely the worst part it sounds so awful… but yes will do! Planning on learning this summer as well

No subframe reinforcement?
I actually have the subframe reinforcements from condorspeedshop. Those will go in next, just have to get our new e30 up and running first 👍
@@Itsallaboutthebuild oh sweet! I know that’s a big point on these so I was surprised… might have to learn how to weld to do it on mine!

Am I gonna have to join the bimmer gang with my brothers 🥴🤣
Yup, trade in that Audi 🤣🤣🤣
Just so you know, this vehicle is not a BMW E 46 325 CI. Based on the looks of it, it is not a convertible
C stands for coupe and I stands for injected petrol engine 🙌🙌🙌
Not sure how you mix up a coupe and convertible. 🫡
