These were so delicious! And I used mexican crema instead of mayo, and poured your green chile salsa over them. We loved 'em. Used your idea and placed the finished quesadillas on a cookie sheet to keep crunchy for the family. After taking them out of the warmer, I added guacamole. It is easy for the kids to eat this way😀. Thank you for being so creative with tortillas.

Made these for dinner tonight. Wow!!! Really good. I’ve had elotes with mayo, so I knew these were gonna be great. I asked my husband if he’d eat them again, and his response was, “yes, they’re really tasty”. I’d like to make these for a gathering.

The Mexican mayo is really good, lime taste.
After watching you make your pico de Gallo. I thought I would tell you what I do. I put some in my blender, and blend it almost smooth. Then I put in pan and cook it for about 10-15 minutes. ( result = Rancheros Sauce ) Then fry my eggs , put some butter on my flour tortilla, and pour the Ranchero sausages over my eggs. Omg....so good. Maybe you try it, if so ...you will like it. 😋😋😋. I’m also going to try you double decker tostado. Soo yummy looking. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
