Hey Artie! I'm watching this video again and had a question: if you take any meds, how do you manage to remember to take them? do you use alarms or apps? i'm supposed to take morning, afternoon and nightly meds, and i'm always consistent with night meds. i struggle a lot with morning meds, and basically never remember the afternoon meds (i take the afternoon meds at morning and night as well). my memory is not the best, and i get my meds in bubble pack things. i'm neurodivergent as well. i enjoy watching your videos, espeicially the ones in the Executive Dysfunction Tips playlist
i struggle too! i talked about it in this video: ua-cam.com/video/SQZ44nHmkCI/v-deo.html but also im still trying to work out what helps me. i hate alarms so dont use them. ive been taking morning meds for over 10 years so for me thats the easiest one to remember coz i take them as soon as i wake up. im working on other/evening meds by mainly having them where i would usually be as a physical reminder when i see them but i still struggle. im trying to see if i can connect reminders to my fitbit to help prompt me in the evenings but im useless with tech :')
