Do you guys have any information on how to set timing on this engine? I understand that the two marks on the cam sprocket have to be parallel with the surface, and the mark on the flywheel has to be at top dead center. But on my KTM 525 when the flywheel is at TDC, the piston is nowhere near the top of its stroke, instead when the piston is at the top of its stroke, the mark on the flywheel is at about the 5 o’clock position, and that’s where I’m a bit lost at. What am I missing?
2:30 You real should make it a habit to stuff rag either side down the cam chain tunnel just in case any of those teeny weeny bits are overcome by gravity.

I know its late but do you know how to time it? I think my stator is miss aligned. Thanks in advance

Installing Cam and Head Cover? More like putting final piece on timing chain and installing valve cover
