dynamic muscle up is easy and if you try to strict muscle while freestyle it will harder to do other moves so daynamic muscle up is a great option cause in daynamic muscle up we need to use momentum and just little bit of strength ... It's been 3 years I guess you already learned the muscle up 💪

i don't think the brother here is trying to fool anyone , he's just putting the thought of the swing 360 being an easy move in people's minds so they don't fear trying it
It isn't that hard of a move and you don't really need explosive strength. You just need a really good swing and great technique. It takes a lot of practice, but it isn't necessarily hard.

I do swing 360 both sides but muscle up 360 only one side and my advice choose the easiest one for all dynamic skills
