That is your fault.
Both of you were unable to see eachother, so its just bad luck. But you should have been vigilant enough and keep the speed low enough to make a hard stop if needed, especially when entering a populated area with lots of trafic.
That was the first time I was riding in that area. I just had a look at Google maps so I forgot where that city started, when I realized was too late and then this happened. But hey I was coming from right so I was right for the law.
the guy with that car was turning left so he should give priority to the biker, learn the law first

car drivers always get the blame,who ever that guy was on the motorbike he had some balls to be overtaking the way he was you could see something was going to happen it was on the cards,he must of been a teenager to be so reckless,well this footage shows everyone not to be so stupid on the roads,i hope the poor little old lady has not been hurt in this incident,hope her car is not a rite off

Ciao, siccome mi prenderò una Aprilia RS 125 Ripo, vorrei sapere se in caso di incidente l'assicurazione paga oppure si tiene i soldi visto che la moto è modificata. Grazie in anticipo.
+Kris X A me nessuno ha controllato se la moto fosse ripo o no , ma di solito non si attaccano a queste cose, pero se l'altro vede che la moto è modificata potrebbe farti una causa e andresti a pagare tu anche nel caso in cui saresti nella ragione.

***** non ho potuto riparare esteticamente la moto perché con i soldi dell'assicurazione ci ho dovuto rifare il motore; io si tutto bene fisicamente fin da subito stavo abbastanza bene!

è evidente che la vecchia ha iniziato l'inversione senza guardare (fra l'altro dietro una curva), perché la smart era ancora rivolta nella direzione opposta quando s'è vista.
Qual era il limite di velocità sulla strada? Se era il solito irritante 50, beh andando a quella velocità avresti potuto frenare.
La vecchia è comunque evidentemente inadatta e pericolosa alla guida.
Ero sopra il limite e questo non posso negarlo, e avrei comunque potuto frenare senza problemi, solo che in quel momento mentre facevo la curva non mi è sembrato che la Smart partisse, ma che mi aspettasse invece quando ho capito che non si sarebbe fermata era troppo tardi per frenare

you come unstuck you was going too fast when you come around the bend and then sudenly you seen the car turning and it was too late to stop,thats because you was going too fast
jason ryder that car was doing a u-turn behind a corner... I don't know where do you live , but in Italy you can't do that
VB-RS125 The most basic rule of driving in ANY country is to "not drive faster than you can stop" that means that all road in front that you see (you line of sight) should be enough to stop in case of something unexpected comes up. You should think that it may as well be wall just in that spot you see next second. And if you are all into that "i live here and you live f**c knows where" I can say that when I was in Italy I was shocked about how extremely unsafe people are driving there, you just add up to that.
