So we get that clicking on hard turns in the canyon and in track. Youll need to sand the rust off the hub that sticks out of the rotor and the points where the wheel meets that hub. You can see the rust in your video you actually cleaned around it haha. Just get some high grit sand paper and it goes away. There is a GM TSB on it as well that states this. If you dont want it to come back (cause it will) you can put a ever so tiny amount of silicone grease on that part and itll stay away for a long time (very small amount). Enjoyed the vid man, keep up the good work
EXACTLY! :D Dang secondary cat deletes, lol.. was planning on adding O2 sensor extensions to move O2 sensor further out from exhaust flow to fix this (hopefully) but ran out of time lol.
Hoping this is all I need to do to fix my click as well. I can hear it’s coming from my back right tire. So going to try taking it off tomorrow and cleaning as you did in this video and putting it back on and see if that fixes my clicking. Really hoping it does 🤞Thanks for the great video either way though! You explained everything very well!
Thanks man! Not very fast... 10-20 mph or so and it was fairly obvious.. turning the wheel side to side and it would click.. like a click click click.. can kind of hear it at the intro of the video, sadly I didn't capture a longer and better clip lol :D My buddies were all telling me to see if someone put a zip tie on the drive shaft, haha.

Yeah, if it get it coming back I'll give it a good sanding and coating. So far it's been good but I'm sure, as you mention, all on due time haha.
Check engine light = +150HP. Great video!

Thank u!! Hopefully you resolve your issue as easily as I was able to with mine! Zero clicks since cleaning everything up and torquing wheels to spec.
Awesome video! How fast we’re you going to experience that click?
