I loved the part where Sandy suggests answering the "what i like about working in the big 4" first and not the dislike. He sarcastically says - "oh, i'm glad you asked me about what i don't like about it coz i'm pretty good at it." Classic Sandy. He is so so good at this and hey these videos are pretty darn helpful. He looks like a Ken doll and he sounds like Mr. America Bland Man and Sandy's trying to find out if he has a personality beyond just following the mold his family set out for him. I mean, he did interrupt him before he got to the guts of his answers, though.
