When you say "data analytics is a hot area" I think there's a red herring here. If you are a data scientist with STRONG math and programming background, then yes the recruiters are fighting all over you. If you are a data wrangler or a manger of "data team" without technical abilities, not so much.

well beauty works for everything
I'd say if anyone is feeling salty they should try hardcore dieting, working out 2x a day, daily skin regimen, drinking a gallon of water everyday, handful of supplements everyday, and going to bed at the same time every night
you will soon find that beauty is its own hard toil and deserves its just rewards
