You just do M That will put LR on bottom. Then align the U face and do M2 (you could have actually done M' if it was aligned correctly from the start. Then orient the rest of the edges by doing U M or U' M So you misprint the centers to solve the LR edges in 1-3 moves.
I will switch between Roux and CFOP during speedsolves and get sub-10 seconds with both. I don't usually switch to ZZ, but will do ZZ for sun and get similar times with that too.

Do you ever solve UF instead of LR? Sometimes LR is harder to solve but UF is easy, and it's rare for both to be hard.
