Thanks for the information, I thought we had to complete all the nodes in each focus school, now I'm just going to concentrate on the waybounds instead, helped massively 😉👍💯

Do you get Focus only for getting Madurai, and Zenurik Focus if we have those to lenses on like one Madurai lense on your Frame, one Madurai lens on your primary weapon, and one Zenurik lense on your meele weapon when you do those Syndicate missions to farm Focus or do you get random focus's if you do those Syndicate missions if you have those to lenses on or if you are playing without any lenses at all when you are doing Syndicate missions to farm Focus?

learn modding, learn damage types, IPS and learn what a weapon needs.
it will take time but use guides to start with and then when you know enough mod base on your own knowledge.
people will say "THIS IS THE BEST BUILD FOR x FRAME or X GUN but in reality the best build is the one YOU make.
the best build for you will include a large number of mods used by everyone but yours will have variations to fit your playstyle or the frame you are using that optimises the weapon. simply put. you just have to invest your time, and a lot of it.

The general gist for weapons comes in two parts, the weapon itself and the mods you install.
When you first start out, you won't have access to a lot of weapons because of a lack of mastery.
So, you buy all the weapons that you can for credits from the market on your ship and get them all to Lvl 30 by doing missions and getting kills.
Eventually, you will unlock the ability to use more weapons through your Mastery Rank.
For Mods, you want some essential damage mods, that being Hunter Munitions (for slash damage) and a Toxic and Cold mod for Viral damage.
Viral/Slash is the core of a lot of builds, yoh can add Critical Chance, Multishot and Critical Damage mods to further boost your damage, bonus points for using a Bane mod to increase damage vs a faction of enemies.
I would recommend looking at a guide or going to Overframe to look for the mods you can trade for as a general guide of what the most used mods are.
Some won't be obtainable until you've grinded enough prime parts to hand in for Ducats to trade with Baro every couple weeks.

There are some nice intentioned comments in hear but an actionable tip is to avoid overlapping damage sources. What i mean by this is base weapon damage coming from serration is 160% total damage increase if you then add heavy calibre that only applies to the base damage and so is half as effective, so instead you now add split chamber for multishot, so now your next mod might increase your fire rate, crit chance, crit damage and then add some elements. Keep this concept in mind when adding mods and you won't go far on

You’ll learn while time passes. Just go to youtube and search “(Name of your weapon) build Warframe”
It always works. There are videos modding and explaining the weapon.
That’s how I learned, I did never learn with theory or memorizing.
