I always run the raid in secret service. Our builds are almost the same. I use plasma magazines, heavy gun bobblehead, and vats critical recharge to crit every other shot. And I have conductors on my weapon. Great tip on dodgy. I’ll experiment with that. Thanks 👍
Going to try this, I am a bloodied build so it will take some getting used to. I hope it is easily interchangeable with my other build. I sure wish the legendary perk cards went with each loadout!
Great video! However, Despite scrapping 1000’s of anti-armour weapons I can’t for the life of me, get the AA crafting box. RNG must hate me so much as I can’t get the stinging mod for my GP. 3,400 hours in this game!
PA seems tanky sometimes, but often it is basically the same as wearing a full set of SS. When I took my sniper into the Raid I didn't notice a difficulty spike.
@@LocustaVampa that’s just because you must be a decent player. Noobs will not survive very long. You also must be very used to SS. If you look at it on a facts basis you are technically dying twice as fast in the research lab crystal part and the snake part due to the amount of poison damage. On SS you can only hit 325 poison resistance with max level funky duds perk and a full set of 2 star poisoners mods on. But if you use union power armour build with funky duds and Aegis mods you will rack up over 500 poison resistance. Both are completely fine builds, but one is just easier than the other if you aren’t as attentive on the stims
@@atomictechmedia yeah I hate it too lol. In PA I guess the stims are just automatically injected, which makes sense if stims were a common pre-war tech. I also use at least one rank of Cola Nut and have a Nuka Cola variant slotted, so I also used that for heals. Often, it heals better than a Super stim can, plus it adds other buffs. Before the Stims dropped like rain, I used Cola Nut to heal without them. The only problem I've had with Cola heals is when it lags as I bring up the wheel menu, but that happens with everything during a busy event.
@@darkone174 nowhere as good as the other 2 options. The Gatling plasma has new mods available now which give it a built in anti armour effect (stinging core receptacle mod) and a built in faster fire rate effect (accelerated nozzle mod). This means you can get faster fire rate and anti armour without equipping the legendary mods for those effects, as the 2 mods I just named above are classed as standard weapon mods and not legendary mods. These are not available on the pepper shaker or guass minigun. Guass minigun is still good. Pepper shaker is the weakest option of the 3
I've been loving your no nonsense guides. Keep it up 💪

Tried this build and love it! TY!

Same, + no pounder either for me. I levelled up 150 times in 3 weeks
I can craft AA for you on PS
@ Cheers mate but I’m on PC and yesterday my new RTX 4080 GPU packed up!
@@Sandyman406I can hook it up with AA. I’m on pc
Bro I scrapped like 4 and got the chance to craft it now, I guess it's luck

@@atomictechmedia That's fair. I just spammed superstims every time the Snake puked on me lol
@@LocustaVampa that’s cool too seeing as it hands out so many for free now in the raid! Personally I just hate the stim animation it drives me crazy 🤣

Would ya need a gat plasma or would a pepper shaker or gauss minigun work?
@@darkone174 guass minigun is the next best thing
