Besides from the very great content you share with us another big reason I come to this channel is to see your adorable children. Same here! My granddaughter lives 8 hours from me, and these little ones popping in and out are so much fun to watch, and helps with "grandchild withdrawal" symptoms.
I agree with you. There is no better sound than hearing kids be kids. I used to be a primary school teacher and foster Mum and both came with hearing many voices at once. I have so much admiration for Sarah, Solo and all their children. Xx

I absolutely hate cooking! But your comments reminded to appreciate the fact that I am able to do it and should endeavour to enjoy it when I do make the effort! Thanks for the reminder to enjoy the small things in life👍
One tip we will pass on...when my hubby comes home from grocery store he browns the hamburger before he freezes it. Very handy when he fixes meals. He does the same with chicken, and shreds it.
We do this all the time. We buy ten pounds at a time and brown, bag then freeze them. I separate them into 8 one pound bags and 1 two pound bag (reserved for cheap Korean beef ). I also do this with chicken breast. I freeze in one pound increments (whatever your family eats at a meal) and have easy meals I can toss together on a whim.
you can also put your meat into ziplock bags to freeze and add the marinade right then. Oil, garlic, herbs, black pepper - whatever and freeze it with the meat. My friend is a chef and passed that tip on. Also if you buy a bunch of green onions trim them and put them in a glass on a sunny window sill with just enough water to cover the roots. Change the water everyday, trim as needed . You can just snip off what you need each time and they keep growing for a long time

Our family absolutely loves yours!! And the separate Tupperware just for meal preparation is a good idea so that everyone can see that the food is ment for a meal
Maybe even a specific colour lid or container only to be used for leftovers. Followed by a family meeting to discuss and a reminder note on kitchen board. Also( (although may not be so practical space wise) what about a specific shelf in a specific fridge with a label on that shelf saying "this food is for another day now it's time to run and play"! Or something catchy like that...
I love watching your meal prep videos! I have been meal prepping for a little over a year and have found that it saves our family a lot of money and time. For the “Oh no, y’all ate dinner!” Problem: get a basket from the dollar store. Label it: “Off-Limits Basket”. Let all the kids know that whatever goes in there is off-limits - it’s for upcoming dinners or whatever the case is. Everything else is fair game, but the Off-Limits Basket is untouchable! 😂 It May also help to keep it on a higher shelf of the fridge to keep safer from the littlest hands. 😊

I only have 1 kid but I LOVE your videos. You inspire me to meal prep on the weekends to make the work week easier as both my husband and I work all week. Thanks for making such great videos!
Sarah, I made “egg roll in a bowl” for my lunch yesterday and it was so delicious! Something that may be great for a dinner or leftovers for lunch! So healthy too! No measurements but I’ll tell you what I did! Brown ground meat of choice, I used beef, but you could do turkey, chicken or pork. Once browned, drain out excess fat if there is any. Then season with ginger, garlic and liquid aminos (or soy sauce/coconut aminos). I had some Thai seasoning so I added that too. I then added coleslaw mix and a little bit of chicken stock (you can use water) to help soften the cabbage. Then I add some cauliflower rice that was cooked and drained to the beef/coleslaw mixture. Season with more salt and pepper. It’s so good!!
Love, love, love the video. I try so hard to meal prep. Thank you for being real and honest. It's hard to multitask and get it all done with kids running around. That is our life and I wouldn't change it, but still can make meal prep challenging. Love seeing how another Mama cooks through the madness 😂 like I do!
You and Solo are amazing parents. I try to do meal prep but I don't always get around to it. I only have a family of 4 (with the kids at home)but my husband and I are extremely busy with our business and I try to help our oldest daughter with meals since she's battling lung cancer. Thanks for all of the ideas💕
Sarah,I love the content! The only thing I would like to see more of(hear) is your wonderfully talented family ! Love the singing and instruments🎶🎹 Love the chatter of the children, and the dynamics of your family. I appreciate you all and what you stand for!!
I really admire you. I could never have this many kids and I give you props! I enjoy watching your videos and love watching how you are as mom! (You are an awesome mom, wife and overall person) This not only helps people with big families but it gives me ideas for my little family. Thank you for the videos! I love them!
The tips you give never entered my mind and I've been cooking for over forty years, thanks. Adding brown rice to the taco meat, makes it more appealing to me and saving money on food budget is a bonus. Also it was a great help to actually see you add to your grocery list as soon as you noticed you were out of something, I am forever out of something I forgot. Seeing you do it in the middle of cooking is great to see it's a very simple step to make a habit. Appreciate you and your great family.
Sarah is sooo awesome, I love that you are flexible and learning as you go. Sometimes you have to change the routine to fit the situation. Gonna make this chilli for my family and see how it goes
I enjoy all your videos. I love the grocery hauls, the cook with me ...Family time..All of it !!! You're always upbeat and positive and a joy to watch.Love you and your family 💚💚💚
NEVER apologize for your children being their sweet, delightful selves in their own home. They are some of the best behaved, well mannered, joyful children I've ever seen & their playful & curious noises & questions are a natural part of life. If ANYONE watching has a problem with that, they are free to watch something else. Your videos are real life, inspiring and informational. Keep it up, girl!
Another great video! I would color code the prepped food with colored tape, then write in black marker DO NOT EAT. I can't decide which videos I love best, food, cooking, or kids. A little bit of all, but always enjoy seeing all the kids alot. They are all so precious!!!
I love the content of your channel Sarah. It's just me and hubby at home - but you still give great tips and advice for products, etc. And your family is just the best. Did you know you'll have one extra day in your pantry challenge? It's a leap year. :) Have a great day!
idk how you do it .you have such energy i only have 4 kids and i think to myself how did i survive when they was babies . your inspirational for sure and i admire your patience!
I, not long ago, put some mini bell peppers in the freezer because they were needing to be used and I didn’t want them to go bad. They freeze well and can come out of freezer and be chopped easily frozen. Great for cooking with!
I love the way you have your children help you in the kitchen. My children , as soon as they could stand and walk they would help me in the kitchen. Around age 12 they could be trusted in the kitchen ( I never left them alone though ) and often fixed the evening meal . As adults they have the skills and appreciation of what goes into preparing a healthy meal . They also learned to clean as you go, but often , when they cooked Me or my husband would clean up.
I love ALL your content. Your videos are fun to watch. I even enjoy the chatter of children in the background. As a former pre-school teacher and home babysitter, I miss those sounds.
I just want to say i love your videos. Me and my husband have 4 kids and he is a sound tech at church and i sing in the choir. I'm so happy i found your channel.

Hi Sarah, I am a senior citizen and only cook big meals sometimes on holidays. I used to buy a pack of the little colored dots that are used mainly I think for garage sales. They were red, blue, yellow and green. Really cheap for a lot. I kept them in the kitchen and would put dots on the side of things as a system.Red meant do not touch .needed for something. Green was “ have a It..snacks, treats, lunch or whatever.Yellow was always caution..almost expirations my or ..hot hot hot..You can use your own system. But I used it for the refrigerator, freezer, and believe it or not the “pantry too”. Never know when you might need raisins for a special dish.I just want to say. that I live each day just trying to be positive and thankful and nice.I love that you Always sat thank you to everyone for the simplest of thing..It is all in the spirit of your heart.I thank people for opening a door or holding a door. I thank people for being courteous in a store or wherever. Please and thank you. .If you see a stranger and say something pleasant. Your smile is wonderful. You look nice today. The simplest little thing could just be that jewel that brightens their spirit for that moment..Niceness is contagious. And a thank You is so pleasing to the soul..That being said...”I Thank you”. You add joy to us all and make the world a little nicer.Thank You.😊
Thanks for sharing! The only suggestion I have is trying to do your meal prep before the kids get up after they go to bed, or when Solo is home to help out.
Sarah, I found out that the Instant Pot lid can be set inside the handles of the pot itself to save on space! You just stick the tab that is on either side of the lid into the hole of either handle on the pot and it keeps it out of the way! I hope that helps... it blew my mind when I learned that!

Love these videos!! I’m a mama to 7 (5 are boys!) so I love seein big family cooking!! Taco meat pro tip: I sauté a few finely diced POTATOES before adding my ground beef & add the taco seasoning!! It stretches the meat so much further and our family loves beefy potato taco meat (great for tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas, etc!)
I love this channel. It's just me and my daughter at home now. Once upon a time there were 8 of us in the house. She'll be leaving for college soon I have no idea what i am going to do with all the spare time. I've considered taking in teenage foster children. We did that when she was little, but they were ages ranging from newborn to 3 when they would come to be with us.

That’s what I was going to say: painters tape and a sharpie. I’ve worked in professional kitchens where that was our system.
She can just reuse the painter’s tape to save time. Take it off one container and put it on another!

We do chili over pasta or rice
We do rice with chili too, and add some corn bread!

I love all of your channel's content. The meal prep videos have been especially helpful to me right now!
One more thing- please do a meal prep video every week. Love them!
Love the meal prep videos....I love all your videos...the meal prepping is just fun to watch.
Everything looks delish. Seth is adorable. Love you guys.🤗
I LOVE seeing the months where you clean the freezer and pantries out! It always inspires me to try to do so as well!
I absolutely love your content, so cheerful and encouraging. I'm impressed with how simple you make it look.
I enjoy all your videos. I love the grocery hauls, the cook with me ...Family time..All of it !!! You're always upbeat and positive and a joy to watch.Love you and your family 💚💚💚
This was fun to watch! Definitely do more!
Love all your videos and seeing how great you are with the kiddos. These meals look great and going to try a few this week.
Love all your videos!! I especially love your grocery/meal videos and just love seeing your day to day with your family! You guys are awesome!
LOVE this channel and your family 💕
I love these meal prep videos! Thank you for sharing
Another great video! I would color code the prepped food with colored tape, then write in black marker DO NOT EAT. I can't decide which videos I love best, food, cooking, or kids. A little bit of all, but always enjoy seeing all the kids alot. They are all so precious!!!
Thank you for taking time to share your beautiful family with us.
I love the content of your channel Sarah. It's just me and hubby at home - but you still give great tips and advice for products, etc. And your family is just the best. Did you know you'll have one extra day in your pantry challenge? It's a leap year. :) Have a great day!
I wish I had forced my kids to eat more Veg and brown rice when they were small!! These meals look soooo good Sarah!!
Hi guys! You little cuties! I miss my littles, you brighten my day with your smiles!
I try and meal prep, I only get a week done at a time. You inspire me to keep going because some weeks are a struggle. Thank you!!
Love all of your videos, especially these meal prep vids, they encourage me to stay on track!!
idk how you do it .you have such energy i only have 4 kids and i think to myself how did i survive when they was babies . your inspirational for sure and i admire your patience!
Something I do ahead of time is chop my onions and peppers, then put them in the freezer. Works great for me!
I like preparing veggies ahead and put them in the freezer.
@@lorettacarroll5874 It makes it so much easier and helps keep food waste down the majority of the time too!
I do that as well. I'm always using them for meals. Saves so much time.
Me too I take out my food processor and chop them up
I, not long ago, put some mini bell peppers in the freezer because they were needing to be used and I didn’t want them to go bad. They freeze well and can come out of freezer and be chopped easily frozen. Great for cooking with!
What an efficient running home and family with a few hiccups. Simply amazing to watch.
Love your meal prepping videos!
I love your blessings, the laughter, the chatter and singing and even the occasional very brief squabble. They’re wonderful!
This video was highlight of my day! Thank you for being you! 💗
Hi! Just want to say congratulations on your channel's nomination! Love watching your videos and your family grow!
I love ALL your content. Your videos are fun to watch. I even enjoy the chatter of children in the background. As a former pre-school teacher and home babysitter, I miss those sounds.
Another great video! Thank you and God Bless you and your family 🙏.
To mark food as needed not leftovers try a colored sticker that everyone understands is for specific things.
I just want to say i love your videos. Me and my husband have 4 kids and he is a sound tech at church and i sing in the choir. I'm so happy i found your channel.
I love your family and all your content!!! All of your little blessings are perfect, and I am glad you share your ways with us, thanks!!
I’ve just started following your page. I watched a video Jamerille Stewart did and she mentioned you! I’m trying to find tips on how to run my house better and am so thankful I stumbled on your video! Love your personality and your mindset on different things!!
You're one of my favorite channels! I don't know why, but this video made me just really love you even more!! Thanks for being genuine and just sharing life with us!
Hi Sarah,
I am a senior citizen and only cook big meals sometimes on holidays.
You add joy to us all and make the world a little nicer.Thank You.😊
Love these preps, love the once a month grocery haul and love all the other family shared times and the outings: so enjoy any video you do. :)
Thanks for sharing! The only suggestion I have is trying to do your meal prep before the kids get up after they go to bed, or when Solo is home to help out.
Its hard when you have a lot children but I enjoy your time and love with your Family you guys give so much joy
I just love all the background noise! It is a joyful sound Mama!
I love how the kids help with Seth but you still thank them for it 💕
Sarah, I found out that the Instant Pot lid can be set inside the handles of the pot itself to save on space! You just stick the tab that is on either side of the lid into the hole of either handle on the pot and it keeps it out of the way! I hope that helps... it blew my mind when I learned that!
I love your variety in meals. Please keep uploading meal videos ❤️
You have an unbelievably steady camera hand! I love it!! It’s one of my favorite reasons to watch your channel 😁🥰
Congratulations on your I am Mom Summit UA-cam Nomination which is recognized by Linda and Richard Eyre awards you guys definitely got my vote!!! I am hope you win you definitely deserve it. You are a wholesome clean drama free channel that keeps it fun, real, entertaining for all ages to watch! I love that you keep God first I’m your lives and that you aren’t scared to talk about your love for him on your channel. Keep it up My Tribe of Many!! ❤️Mississippi
I’ve got a lot of frozen food I’m going though to start out fresh again. Money saved buy doing that will help restock the next food. Tonight’s meal was all leftovers other than potatoes. A beautiful family here! Have a great week! 🤗
Hi Sara, I'm with you on the food prep!!!!!
Seth is looking a lot like Hope! Love your family and all the content you share. Haven't lost a video since ever! God bless you all 🙏🏻❤️
Never apologize for the singing and laughter and chatter in the background of your vlog. It's real life and your kids are a joy :)
I love how your kids are so helpful !! Cant wait for more prepping and your pantry/freezer challenge. I get lots of ideas from you. If you have any recipes for pork chops...please share, I'm so tired of same old same old.
This is so inspiring! I recently got a new job doing before and after school care so I'm home in the morning/early afternoon but then not home till 6 and so I'm planning meals more and doing prep beforehand etc. It's such a big help! Enjoy!
