  • Impressive development of Daszyński Roundabout in Warsaw proves that sky is the only limit. 10 years ago its surroundings were mostly industrial plots, unused building and some office schemes. Now it is the biggest office construction site in Central and Eastern Europe and leading business hub in this part of the world. The future remains bright with new office projects being announced, constructed and completed. JLL has had a great opportunity to contribute to this growth. Check the video to get more information about Daszyński Roundabout - the business magnet of Warsaw.

In a few years Warsaw is going to be the next Downtown Manhattan of East Europe.

Presumably this is not to troll:) - so a small correction here, Poland is situated in Central Europe not in Easter Europe (upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/c/c0/Grossgliederung_Europas-en.svg)

This video is amazing, it will be truly astonishing complex when it's done. For what I love more - job opportunities and I hope to land good one there :) I live nearby Mariott, like 2km. I knew something is being build there, but tbh I never did walk to those surrounding (of Daszyński roundabout) cause for as long as I live (20y) it's been mostly living district. But last year is thriving so much life there I can't belive it. On 01.01.20 I went for a walk there just to see what's going on. I saw it for the first time with my own eyes, and the view was truly breathtaking. I don't know if u can relate, but I literally had my heart filled with joy and happiness that my beloved city, that raised me, is growing so fast, transforming into top-notch modern city. I'm proud of Warsaw, and proud to be Polish

So people who have asked this question should be ashamed ,not us.I am not sure if America is so great country to live now.One can be shot at any time by some mad person.I am proud who I am and from my fast growing country. One has to start from something,we have started practically from zero ,and most important that life improves every year since 1990.It would be exciting to see what we would achieve in next 30 years.I visited Warsaw last year and I was impressed what progress has been made since last time I was there 20 years ago.Beatifull town with a soul.

Yeah. My best friend and I moved to Berlin 4 years ago. I have since moved to Warsaw and when my friend came to visit, he said he was shocked that it wasn’t a primitive village.

Unfortunately, none of the Polish development companies are investing in that area. Great views but that buildings are built by foreign companies and money will be generated by foreign investment funds. I’m not opposing the foreign investment and developments but as a Poles, we should do something to reinforce Polish capital and Polish funds.
