your brush works so well, i have problems with mine. i can get maybe one coat and then it just stops pushing paint. i clean the needle tip, clean the bowl and windex will come out but when i add the paint ,,, nothing!
***** Maybe there is dirt or big paint particles in the paint. use a sifter to clean the paint. you could also thin it down some more/maybe even shake it up or stirr the paint a bit more then usual to ensure everything is mixed together properly
super nervous about masking around my arches... I did scuff the body with 600 grit but I don't know if I scuffed around the arches enough and when I go to pull the tape I'll pull paint with it :/
I need some tips for my project. I will build a Porsche 993 (911) Gt2 Street version from Tamiya. I have for the moment glued my side rear mirrors and the enignehood onto the body. Is the best way to skip the side rear mirrors when appyling the primer? should I also put the door handles on? Do you have any experinve to use Tamiyas primer and thier acrylic paint with humbrol clear coat varnish? Thanks for a great video!
How did you cut the masking tape in perfect circles at the wheels spots? Did you layed it out and cut, or did you used some gage to cut around it? Thanks.
Hello, it's been a while ! Do you have any tips for brush painting, to obtain uniform surfaces ? I'm currently painting with acrylic vallejo paints, and diluating this paint with the vallejo primer at 50/50 approximately. Also, what do you recommand about dilution ? Thanks
You are my scale model master! Respect

+Alexander Wänerberger Just prime everything. Never used the Humbrol clear. The Tamiya primer is really good!
+The Scalemodeling Channel alright. In your video you haven't assembled the side rear mirrors or the door handles onto the body is that an advantage?
They needed to be a different color, and i think they would have been in the way when painting the body. So i preffer to paint them seperately.

Thanks.
I used some fine line masking tape and layed it around,
I've bought an Italeri golf of the same scale, does anyone know if the pre cut masks would still fit or would need brand specific masks? Thanks
Don’t know for sure, but if its a kit from another brand it will probably not fit
@@TheScalemodelingChannel thanks for the reply, for the price they are I might see, when I order some more masks

Vallejo Air does not need duliting, the normal vallejo is a but of a guessing game and depends on your prefference
i agree, but sometimes the paint is already diluted from the factory.
Will Tamiya 1mm do the job you think?
