@Joe Outside the outside ones can be removed with a bearing puller. It's middle one that is a pain. Better off sending it out to get rebuilt if it's the middle one.

Give the bearings a good spin to see if you here any cruncy noise. The one closest to the flywheel side goes out first.
How crunchy is too crunchy? My front 2 make some noise but seem to spin well.

Rubber mallet , carefully pry edges and work around perimeter with a plastic trim tool /wedge
