Back in the day I literally programmed that in note by note as my ringtone. Yes it was Japan, you could do that in Japan back then.

Market saturation inevitably leads to a decrease in average quality unfortunately. There's still plenty of gems being produced today, you just have to look harder for them.
There is a lot of music released on a daily basis now that music production making has been getting easier and easier, but believe me there is a ton of good music released nowadays, you just need to look deeper.
One of the very first tracks i heard in this genre. I instantly loved it.

That's the genius of Simon! He throws in these unexpected modulation changes, and all of a sudden you are off on a whole different journey! This CD should be sent off on some space exploration capsule, for whoever or whatever is out there to someday listen to, I can't imagine they wouldn't get a kick out of it!

Fuck.. Huge track. How Simon could make Hallucinogen, Shpongle, Younger Brother? Pure genius and awesome knowledge. I think that he could make live Beethoven remixes with orchestra if he only would like to.
Ive always liked how angry this song is and that it doesn't let you down till its done. Only improvement would be a remix possibly a remaster.
So among my dads records I find this colorful album. I discover, psytrance. I was 14 some 18 years ago. My dad never tried mushrooms and Im still trying him at least once every year to do it :D

Fuckin rad, this was one of many tracks that made me fall in love with Simon Posford’s music
Epic song, and I preferred the original twisted records logo, less "mainstream" :) and truly what psychedelic means :) should replace the logo on the right corner
