I stopped going to 12 step meetings and I actually did do mushrooms with a group of people in recovery about a year and a half ago and it was quite a healing experience. I don’t even consider mushrooms to be much of a drug anymore…obviously you could do them too much and could develop a problem, but I think I might continue to incorporate them in my recovery. Mushrooms are medicine when used the right way.
