Amazing content, i learnt alot from you but i am trying to figure out how to duplicate and print my design on both sides of a tumbler
If I want to create a tumbler wrap that has a specific size, should I open a 8x11 canvas then put a square in to represent the size/shape of the tumbler wrap or is it better to start on Canva putting in the dimensions at the beginning?
Totally new to this. I was recently given an old summacut D620 and am trying to pigure it out. Any idea if this design software would transfer to a summacut cutter?

I certainly will, I love Canva! I actually suggest Silhouette Studio if you are looking for a designing software, it is surprisingly robust and you can download the basic edition for free. Hope this helps! ---Becky
Hi do u mind showing us how u actually print out the images from canvas as in when u put it in word but what printing settings do u use to make it print out as sublimation which is then used for heat transfer (on metal)❤️
Hey Roxy, as long as you have a sublimation printer, you can use whatever settings you use for other printed items. For example, on my Epson, I use the "Premium Presentation Paper Matte" and the Quality as "Standard". Hope this helps! ---Becky
Great info! Do we not need to worry about the fact that Canva doesn’t provide PNG’s with 300 DPI? I was thinking they’d have to be upgraded on another platform and saved in higher resolution. No?
Have you ever downloaded as a PDF using the CMYK setting rather than RGB? Wondering if that will help with colors?

Good question Jasmine and I believe the answer is no. I do not believe purchasing a membership to Canva will give you commercial rights to their clipart, fonts or other goodies. I would recommend contacting them directly though, if you have questions. Hope this helps! ---Becky

Great question! White cannot be printed, however if it is off white, with other colors in it such as grey, then this can be printed.

Hey there! So Canva does not have a Slice like Design Space does, BUT if you go to Elements (left hand side toolbar) and choose Frames, you can choose a circle shape and then fill it with you image, then adjust as needed. Hope this helps! ---Becky

I have Cricut and use Canva to resize my images for my 20oz sublimation tumblers (9.25x8.25). The issue I keep having when I download the file to print, it does not print the correct size. I always have to play with the sizing and cut down to get it right. Do you know why this happens and what I need to modify the size in the photo manager to align with the 9.25x8.25 as I think the resizing option there is pixels???
Hey Shanita! I think what I would try is to change your page size in Canva to a letter size (8.5" x 11") and then position your image in the middle. Then when you download it, depending on your computer, you should be able to print this as a "full page". Or even an 8" x 10" if your computer is trying to print it in photo sizes. This should help you with not having to resize. I'll also do some testing on my end and see what works for me. Hope this helps! ---Becky

Just use the duplicate button right inside canva. That the way I do mine

Hi Marie! I wasn't able to find that within Canva but you can upload the precreated tumbler designs and edit them as needed within Canva.
@@DesignBundles found a site that does its online labels. It makes it easy to do tapered tumblers.

Canva Pro PNG will download as 300 dpi right? May I ask- if I use 13x19 as default size and save as PNG, then it’s safe to assume it’s sublimation ready in any size the customer chooses ? I tried to find this info online but haven’t yet found a solid answer, tysm for your time and input 😭❤️

I’m confused on how to actually size the design. I see how you size the paper size but not the design you are working with. Every time I print my designs are not the right size.
When you drag your design to make it bigger or smaller hold it for a second and you can see the size

When I try to change size of image - it won't show me the measurements :( I am only using the free version on a chromebook. Is that only avail in the paid version?

When I tried to open the download, it asked Which program I wanted to use. I selected word, but it did not come up correctly. What program should I be using? Also when I was in Canva, I was able to upload my image but whenever I tried to resize it I was losing part of the image. I’m not sure how to get it resized properly and not lose some of what I need. Hi there! Once the image is downloaded from Canva in the PNG form, you can open the PNG in any program (we are using Microsoft Word in the video) and then send to any sublimation printer. 😊

Is canva easier than Inkscape?
I personally think it is -- but I have a Mac and Inkscape is really glitchy on it, but I have heard it's much better on PC :)

Hey Anna! You can choose any software to print sublimation. I print from Silhouette Studio, others print from Microsoft Word or Publisher. Once you set up the design, you can print from anywhere. Hope this helps! ---Becky
