- Hi Dolls!! I tried foot detox pads to detoxify and cleanse all that bad juju from 2020. Foot detox pads claim to remove heavy metals, impurities, and anything nasty in your body. You're supposed to feel more energetic, clean, with an improved digestion and concentration, beautiful skin, and so much more I mention in my video.

I first used them when I lived in Japan for a year and I seem to sleep well and my feet felt less tired. Now I am living in Germany and my allergies and Skin asthma worsened. I tried everything but nothing worked that well. And somehow i remembered about these footpads and ordered 100 Pcs. in Amazon. My 2nd day of using it, the Skin allergies got a lot better and a lot lighter! My foot doesn't feel so cold anymore. Today is my 3rd day of using it, and the skin asthma is barely there anymore. 😍

What brand was it?
I have used these pads for nearly a month and they do work. My pads after three weeks started to be less and less. And now I can hardly get them to turn dark. Consistency and diet change is a must. No change in what you put in your body don’t expect to see results.
I Agree that she did not use them long enough! I'm so happy to hear this because it does say to use for 2 months to really get full effects. Hoping they help me!

@LisannaDoesThings I got mine from Temu for a bargain. When I was younger I tried it and I didn't feel any much different seeing I was healthy. Now older with medical conditions, I can feel a difference. I have experienced better sleep, less body aches, and more energy. I want to see if it will improve my skin over long term.
Also I have been sweating a lot throughout the day since using them.
Can I put this pad on a toxic person, so they could disappear?

I give the pads an A+. As my own experiment, I waved a metal detector overused pads and for 5 days I registered metals or toxins. After that, the black pads were turning only gray and no metals are being detected. I've been diagnosed with DISH (forestiers) disease and I do believe the pads are helping with the pain in my back and joints. I ordered 90 pads (45 days worth) for $39 and will try and keep you posted.

Yeah! You should keep a Vlog of your journey! I have issues with autoimmune disorders and issues with my skin and back and I want to see how it works for someone that may have some of the same issues with pain like me. I'm thinking about trying them for myself so I can get off of all these pain medications!

I can't speak for anyone else, but I LOVE detox foot pads! When I wear them I sleep really good at night, and I wake up feeling so refreshed. I put them on, 5 mins later I feel so peaceful and relaxed as if I took Xanax or a muscle relaxer. Since a ton of people said this is a fraud/fake, out of curiosity I applied one on my stomach around my liver area. The pads came out CLEAN. No residue at all. That was very telling. Thank you for posting this♥️♥️♥️

I did the same thing last night! Why do they only work on the feet?
They are the only thing that helped me get off prescription opiates after 10 years addicted. The first day after I woke up I had no withdrawal symptoms and didn’t need medication first thing waking up. Thank god for these. I’ve tried baths and it’s not the same!

I got the Nuubu deep detox foot pads. Im 48 and deal with normal fatigue for my age. I used the Nuubu Real Japanese brand. I feel.nothing much after first 1 or 2. After 3 up to 8 I totally felt more energy and pads got lighter. The right brand is not a scam. I feel amazing. I believe its totally from Nuubu foot pads. I'm ordering a larger bag. I got 10 to test them out. They use Bambu vinegar etc etc. Just Google ingredients. Love my Nubuu foot pads. Don't use knock offa. They work!!!!!

I live in Viet Nam. I got wormwood 50 pads for $1.50. I tried them. They have worked great for my wife and I. Less body pain. I have a 45yr old back problem. My head seems less clouded. Also, improved my energy.

Thought I'd put this out there since many say it's the sweat from our feet that make the pads black. I learned this as a Yoga and Martial Arts student. Our bodies release a large percent of poisons and toxins thru our sweat and even breath - not just when we use the bathroom. Also, I went on liver and kidney detox last November because a nutritionist said I needed to lose 2 pounds and my girlfriend 20 pounds. She had me taking detox capsules while on a sugar free diet for 3 months and my girlfriend for 6 months. Detoxing takes time and doesn't happen in a few days or weeks. Also, if you study refloxology, the arch of your foot where you put the pad is connected to your kidneys and liver - the organs whose main function is to filter out toxins from our bloodstream.

I introduced these to one of my neighbors who had gout. He had problems walking and was actually limping. The next day he was much better. Couldn't believe it. They went to the store right away and bought a whole bunch of boxes of them. They work!

@@kaylamarie2703 I believe it was the Total Vision brand. I bought them at a discount store where I live. Don't worry about any of them that are infused with essential oils, turmeric or nano silver. These work just fine and were cheap.

I used to use a different brand that would actually stain my feet yellow everyday and I did notice what you were saying about them getting lighter as it progresses kind of thing. So these would stain my left foot consistently several shades darker than it would stain my right foot and then over time the staining would get lighter and lighter as I wore them consistently until they would barely stain my feet at all. But my left foot would always be stained darker than the right.
I'm currently using some that are ginger. Every night that I wear them I sleep all the way through the night. I might wake up to run to the bathroom but I'm not getting the consistent wake up at 2:00 stay up until 4:30 or 5:00 and then sleep some more that I was getting pretty much every night before I started using these. The current pads seem to have saved my sleep cycle that had become very disrupted.
Thats sounds like my sleepschedule. I wake up some between 1 and 3 and then im awake to 4,5. Often i get up again around 6 to go to work. I have tested the patches for 2 nights. The first night i felt tickeling feeling in my feet and the day after i was tipsy, happy and energetic even after I woken up at 2 and couldnt go back to sleep. The second night I didnt feel anything and the day after I was feeling more well than I have in a long time. The third night I missed the patches but I slept the entire night and didnt wake up til 6 and felt very content and wellrested. I have 3 nights two go but if this is the patches effecting me its works pretty well. I use the nuubu ones!

The material inside is black in color, so when it combines with the moisture of your body, it will continue to take that color, if you want, try 1000 times, it will always be the same color. I don’t want to blame but I don't think it works since the same color comes out all the time and it won't always be toxic to our body. I used it.

I use detox foot pads 10 years ago I can’t remover the brand. I only had 10 pads, and they did get lighter towards the end and I noticed very significant changes in my body. The darkness under my eyes reduced majorly and the pain in my neck and shoulder completely went away. I want to do again but can’t remember where I bought from😔

It's probably the sweat off your foot that makes chemicals in the pads to darken. I've heard from others that nothing happened at all (white pad) in the morning so they just didn't sweat from their feet that night.

Like, little kid sizes but advertised as being for adults. One and only Wish order and I'll never try TEMU either. I appreciate this video and I've subscribed, Thank you! OH-- also, if you try other body parts....I have arm pits stuck in my brain.... don't ask me why, but I'm dying to know if anything comes out of there. 🤔

I had the same theory as you, meaning the first day would be the worst, and following days better, and that was exactly what happened! I had a different brand, (called nubuu) with 4 ingredients for each pad, the same every night. I also had an expiration date. Stuff can sit at the discount stores! I also have edema, a health condition that makes your feet swell with pain, and my swelling went down alot! I also have severe neuropathy that gives me pain. The pain went down a little. However, if I had a bad health day (meaning mostly neuropathic pain), I could not tolerate wearing them 8 hours, (4 at the most) they definitely did not help me sleep, just the opposite! Now, I used them up, and my feet look more swollen again :( So my questions are: do I have to continuously use them, and, secondly, is this healthy to do this long term? The ingredients were: bamboo vinegar, loquat leaf, wood vinegar, and houttuynia cordata-thunb.
My edema going down was very convincing, and I'm going to do more research. Another thing, my health condition is worse in my left foot and that patch had more gunk! It would be interesting to hear what a doctor would think?

A bought online a few times Nuubu. Twice I asked for one box. Both times charges from Lithuania were for almost $60. It was supposed to be less. Around $18 or so. $16? Both times fraud department called for two different credit cards flagging as fraud. Once I was asked to call fraud department and it was in the middle of the night. I hadcto get a new card for me debit card. A major inconvenience which lasted over a week to get new card.
My feet felt less swollen. The product I'd say helped me however was it worth it?

I’ve been using for about a month now. I am a diabetic and have nerve damage to bottom of my feet. When you are a diabetic and have nerve damage it feels like you are walking on marshmallows are very thick cushions. The bottom of my feet always felt sick and very sensitive. I can truthfully say these foot patches have made a world of difference in my feet. They don’t feel quite as tight I feel like I actually have more natural sensation. I can also say I have less ankle knee joint pain also back pain is better. No wt loss and no increase in energy. I a believer. The have helped me.
I used every night the first week every other night there after. You will see many have the same ingredients others differ. I just researched till I found what I felt would help.

I've never used these foot pads. However, I have been to Natural Path Dr's who place your feet in water and pull out toxins and metals via a small magnetized charge. What i wonder are the claims that the pads can help reduce your blood sugar, etc. Any feedback on that?

I’m going to play Devils Advocate here. What if the foot pads actually are helpful to a person that has a medical condition that they constantly have to go to the doctors for and they have to constantly have to take multiple expensive medications. But these doctors actually don’t want to test this product or say that this product works because now you don’t have to see the doctor as much and then maybe you don’t need those expensive medications, then they would lose the outrageous money they charge the insurance company and the outrageous money the patient pays. Just a thought? Again playing devils advocate so please don’t personally attack

Ya they do work I had very swollen feet , but the doctor didn't know what was wrong so I tried foot pads just twice they took the swelling down dramatically.. the first time, the 2nd time I had very swollen feet when I fell asleep.. but when I woke up they were normal

I don't think you can remove all the toxins in your body after 14 days...people who fast, do colon cleansing, these are more aggressive cleansing methods have to work on cleaning their bodies for months and even years before they clean their bodies. Also if you're retoxing the body with junk foods or live in a populate environment ... Cleansing the body will be a ongoing process...pretty much like taking a daily shower.

I read several articles that all said sweat (or water) on the foot pads change their color because of the wood vinegar ingredient, not toxins.
These work not sure this brand but I use a brand me and my man and his is always black which means he has lots of heavy metals in him which is true because he smells in cement from his flooring job and mine turned brown which means my liver is detoxing

@@LisannaDoesThings Don't take it personally...I should've elaborated more--EVERYONE, unless consciously detoxing BEFORE the pads will have lots of toxicity. Ive learned "detoxing" takes many steps and time. We take in toxins daily and unless we're actively fasting, eating more regenerative diets, etc...even if you eat meat, it will create acidity which needs to be 'removed".....these days I think there's a lot that we take in, including emotions, which leads to disease.

I'm skeptical about the pads ginger might work the fact that they turn black means nothing to me as black powder can be placed inside and once it's wet you see black the black goes through the pan because your feet sweat with the pad it's like wrapping foot with a bandage

I tried it last night but the one pad fell off my left foot and I was too tired to put it back on. The pad on the right foot definitely was black but I kind of wonder if that might not be from sweating

9:46 / I tried the bandoo detox foot pads and I started feeling better almost immediately. I feel like I'm 15 years younger and I feel stronger, quicker, more alert and have so much more energy. I know that some say they don't work but IMO they do.

I’m debating on ordering and have read a bunch of stuff about these being a scam. It said that distilled water on the pad also turns them black. But so many people swear they work! 🤔

Maybe you need another box to see the result, maybe you eat or drink something unhealthy that makes you need to detox every day, I’ve tried it & it worked very well for me like magic, the first 2 days the patches were black & full of moisture but the 3rd day it was clean & somehow dry. Also, i felt like full of energy.. i think it depends on the brand, mine was Chinese but honestly i don’t remember the name this was long time a go, i also tried to buy it again from the same market but wasn’t available.

Dear pretty girl, all the pads will look like that because of the ingredients, not because of the nasty stuff coming out of your body. They are like tea bags.
The chemical reaction happens in your body absorbing those ingredients, just as you drink tea then eliminate toxins through urine.

Looks like the dirt came from the pad itself. It contains a dry powdery material before you use it. Once you applied it your sweat coming from your feet will slowly seep inyo the pad, making the powder wet and turniing them into mud. So its not coming from your body. People who are saying they are feeling better could be experiencing the placebo effect which is psychological.

I wonder if they were working as they should. The reason you could have been feeling fatigue, etc could be because of your body actually detoxing and if you had continued (and also focused on using less toxic ingredients, like toxin free make-up and soap, shampoo, body lotions, etc) you may have seen less gunk coming out in the long run. You may be very toxic and need more!

Very unscientific testing there. You could’ve had benefits that you didn’t realize or you may not have had a lot of toxins in your body. It’s very hard to say I’m sure there’s a lot better testing methods than what you used but thank you for showing that because I just bought some and I was very curious on how they looked after each day.
