Me and my friend, both in silver at highest and high bronze on our worst roles, get 25 minute queue times why queueing for every role. It sucks
@@inherentlyflawed I was g4 and my highest teammate was p3 still had a 33 minute queue with no games found. It’s 2pm on a Saturday PsT. It’s fucking 420 if I can’t find a wide match rn how the fuck am I gonna find one any other time.

I was in a queue for 1h to 30-40m got into a plat - MASTER lobby we bearly won as I really had to focus down the supports and echo everytime while pushing back the tank as a dps lol

40 min queue for a duo is a bit long for a casual comp player

I 5 stacked with my friends, 3 of us were diamond - masters, 1 had no rank for 6 seasons but was top 500 every role in s4 and 1 was plat. Our rank range was Silver 5 - diamond 1.. Wide group makes no sense

I played in a 5 stack from silv to plat and the que times are around 5 - 20 mins, although i just get chump change, all i care abt is playin with them

Still baffled maby I understood the new system wrong but why did I lose 40% against a 3 stack with 2 golds and a diamond and me and my buddy ate gold 1 and gold 2
The thing they did with wide groups is the dumbest thing they have ever done regarding ranked

dps role is so chill. don't have to think about position or space. don't have to keep anyone up. just run around and left click. i think I'm becoming a convert.
yeah I've been grinding tracer only since season 9 and pretty much this... least stressful role on the planet
Rly is the easiest role to play
On console the game will sometimes crash and we leave you with a leave penalty yeah ow2 is a great game. Im this close to quitting like the game isnt making any money and the rank system is still wack you literally can cheat your way to a higher rank thanks to placements.
Bro we have one person in silver and other in platinum (the rest of us are gold) in our group and its always slivers vs platinums… god what an up hill battle 😭
I didn’t understand the wide match can someone explain??
I will try to explain it to the best of my ability -
essentially now anyone from any rank can group together. so if, for example, you're silver, another friend is diamond and another friend is masters, you can play together and the game will try and put you into a queue with other wide groups as it isn't very fair to solo players to have to got against masters in a gold lobby. the thing is, if you're in a wide group, depending on the how many people are in the group, your rank progress will barely change.
tbh I'm not a fan of the whole wide group thing, I'm just an average solo plat player and the other day I went against a 3 stack with 2 of them being master players
when your group’s individual ranks are not close enough(like having a silver 3 support with an plat 1) it turns into a wide match where it matchmaking to other wide groups but since almost any rank can fit into a wide match, it takes longer than a narrow group(similar ranks)to find a match.
Why not just go into quick play…

i dont see the point in using streamer mode yes it changes your name but what is the point of that?
especially since the names are very easy to spot as people using streamer mode
its an additional barrier to recognition

@@dentylad_plays7159 because then you can get targetted, streamsniped, get hit with generally more obnoxious behavior, etc etc. streamers generally go in for a normal experience, one they were ready for

I tried this new thing..but imma stop ow2 for now on. I'm not good enough to play vs platinum or gold player. I'm stuck in bronze cuz I got kids and a job so I can't play everyday..but now I can't even get 1 win since the update. It's so hard it's not fun anymore. Everyone got so much more time than me to get better. IL
They should put an option in queue up for the parents like us. Like dad&mom only. We don't have time like you all😭

Just solo queue. Teaming is only reason for unfair matchmaking and smurfing tbh. They won't make a solo q but take a hint and stop boosting/cheating. Solo queue is all that matters
