10:55 Boops actually affect lucio's WAY stronger than other heroes because of his passive wallriding. Lucio has less friction in the air and on the ground, which allows for him to maintain higher speeds- this has the downside of making you go wayyyy further from a boop than other heroes do. It's somewhat useful sometimes though, when a lucio boops me as I'm running from their team I get a mega speed boost.
That also somewhat applies to Winston if he's jumping. As long as its not directly at the booper, he gets sent off course massively. And this is even WITH the passive.

U can bind jump to ur spacebar and ur scroll where, that way you can hold to grab and scroll to release, also late skims are easier for me

Fighting a really good Hog and Lucio does that to you. Cyx literally hooks you from what appears to be from the void and puts you right Infront of his team behind him still. And Lucio looks like he will never touch the floor and you can never approach him.

lucio players are just a different breed, like i have know idea how people move so quick manage to walljump and aim. im a ball player and even with 3rd person privilege i still get disoriented
im a lucio player here i got most of my skill from playing other games with wallrunning and cool movement techs like black ops 3 and ghostrunners 1 & 2 i also spend a pretty good amount of time in lucio custom matches just testing new roll out or different control schemes and whatnot
Over time simple wall riding and aiming becomes second nature. Nailing hard shots and jumps is what separates good Lucio from the gods.

We play hard, my both DPS friends have a lot of death because I keep rezzing them and they died 😂🤣
