Morning gorgeous! In today's video, I am showing you how I tone my neck muscles in order to keep my neck skin tighter. Been doing this for 20 years and think it has really helped the skin on my neck to remain tighter.

I wondered why my turkey neck was worse on my right side. I am a Recovery Room nurse. I like to take my patients on my right side. I bend down and look to my left to speak to my patients. I have been doing left neck exercises without realizing it. Working on my right side now.

In the 60s Jack Lalaine, who was ahead of his tome, used to have you lay on your back in bed, place your hand on your forehead, lift your head with hand giving a little pressure, along doing a grimace. Let me tell you, if you do it once a day, you will see results. I just keep forgetting to do it.

Ugh, I think it may be too late in the game for me Cody.😞 My neck is starting to sag a bit (platysmal bands under chin upon weight loss) plus it’s losing some laxity & I don’t like it. I thought of getting Botox to relax the muscles in my neck that are starting to sag because I’m not ready to get a neck/facelift yet; I do agree with your stance on thermage. I saw a lady here on YT basically waste her money to get very minimal results. But yeah, I love these videos & hope these exercises can help me a little.💕😊

Cody I follow your advice on all problems relevant to myself...love your videos. My present prob. is Tretinoin and eyes ..I have been using it approx 1 year..skin great but now my eye area is irritated..only relief is from Liz Arden 8 hour cream. My Q is how close to eye area? you say it travels? I use .05 and am getting.1. Do you suggest I use Niod eye serum??? I am a Senior.

Awesome! Thank you for these tips! I used to make a monkey 🐒 face when I was a little kid (your first exercise tip of jutting out the bottom jaw and holding it). Who knew my favorite kid expression of jutting my jaw would be beneficial later? 🙌🏻😂😂

Plz could someone tell if I can use fresh aleovera gel on my face .b/c now I am user of tretinoin does it has side effect?
You should be fine to do it or even an ice cube massage. There are diy oatmeal soothing masks you can make with glycerin for a nice calming effect too

Hahaha I died laughing oh girl she tweaking I wonder if people think that way about me cause I do face exercises while driving or at work I wonder if they have cameras at my work and see me doing all these weird things with my face and neck haha. 😅 I used to be on drugs 10 years ago. I have years of sobriety, but if people saw me doing my face exercises, they probably think I fell off the wagon 😅

@Montarbo Skincare yep that's what I keep telling myself all well if the person next to me at the red light is laughing while I do my face and neck exercises haha. I do it at home also and my kids walk in and always laugh at me. I tell them they should do it with me they will thank me later in life 😄
