    Always new I was sinking in the middle of my swim, always started off well then would feel to low in the water and pushing my hips up trying to correct myself...now I know how to correct this I will give it ago, thank you for this info.

    Why is it now recommended to have your head so low in the water???? This is Not good form. You can have you head higher and easily keep your feet from dropping so that's not an excuse. Not trying to debate here, just not sure why improper technique is now being taught as the standard? Everything else looks good to help, especially beginners. Good job. 👍
