Sir..thanks for sharing your views.. along with it, there are few important things as well..first 2 years after possession, 75 rs /sq ft lease guarantee is also there..that itself becomes 865*75=64,875/- per month. Alao, the revenue sharing model which u explained, if that is a problem then that problem lies with all the suites of all the projects, not only m3m project. Also, 1 important thing to consider here is the final delivered property will be a 7 star property not just like a normal studio.
But M3M selling at overpriced so he took that example. But yeah this is the calculation with all the service studio

@@user-yz2lr5qh1d initially, they were offering @13600 per sq ft including all discounts. Also, this doesnt include PLC, Lease Rent n other possession n govt charges...these charges will be additional ..
Latest rates, i dont know..may be little bit hiked on top of 13600.
