    I think you exaggerate too much. Who is going to pay 12k rent per day in M3M line? With this price people can stay in 5-star hotel in Delhi.

      Ur right even 5 stars have not that much rent in big cities as its there in 3 star properties in tourist places, noida is not a tourist place so i even think so hardly anyone will pay that much rent for studio.

      double bed sharing ---6500 rs
      single bed -room --10k /day
      single room premium--13k/day
      single suites luxury ---34k /day
      all were full

    M3M studio 865 wala with GST, PLC etc it comes to Rs.1.5 Cr after discounts

      Bhai Sector 15A, best sector of Noida, wahan pe 3bhk is 70000per month.... Ab soch lo.
      Don't fool people, studio flat ka rent maximum 10k to 15k
