i dont play WoWS very much(tanker here), but being from Leningrad makes this very tempting, and it looks like a fast, mobile, fun ship to play that's my #1 dislike of WoWS is the speed of the ships/gameplay overall, so seeing this thing zoom around seems fun
well you guy get the free mikasa and thing like that it worst here in asia we only get the Emden for free :( wish they give us a challenge to win the mikasa or some premium ship here in asia for the 1 year thing

If you thought that ship was balanced before the nerf you're fucking insane. It did more damage than the Des Moines on 3 of the 4 servers and was #1 in win rate for all T8-10 ships at anywhere from 55-60%.
If you can't work with the turret rotation, you're always free to use the Main Battery Modification 2. That +0.2 seconds load time shouldn't make that much of a difference.
Focus-fire a Russian ship down and it folds like paper. Let it go unmolested and you'll get destroyed as it picks off weakened ships one by one. It's that simple. If you can't hit it, learn to.

Dexter Treehorn The ships have a low skill curve because they encourage spamming at standoff range and people are too stupid to realize that they turn worse than battleships of the same tier. You fling shells at a Russian cruiser, and they might not even have their rudder all the way over by the time they land let alone actually make any noticeable turn.
in real life - of course. She was specifically designed to counter any Soviet destroyers, even going in 2-3 ship division vs many. But this is a Russian game...
And she even has an umbrella over her foreward turret, so it doesn't get wet. :)
turrets turn too slow? with a 3.5 sec rudder shift time putting them on target should be a joke... just turn the damn boat cuz it goes faster!

the ROF nerf was ok, the range nerf seems too much.
