All in all, not a bad little house. I could certainly live there. If I were ordering one, I'd opt out of the second bedroom and half bath and make the living room larger. I'd have a sleeper sofa for the odd chance that anyone would ever want/need to stay over. That being said, I would slide the dining bump out and living room window to the right to allow more dining space. You know that fridge will bang into anyone sitting at the end of the table. I would prefer to use my own nightstands. Once placed, I'd add a large deck to the front with access from the door or the sliders. Very compact but livable. Thanks for the tour.

How Adorable this little home is.. I'd much rather like living in the tiny house 🏠 instead of a camper..😊🌻☀️🌼🌞😃..I'd of course would need to have a room the size of a single wide bedroom for my clothes lol..

It's better than the 399 sq. ft. cottages. Pretty good for a single person. Got to have a dishwasher though. Mini bedroom would be perfect for working from home. Thumbs up - youre doing it right!

Pretty sure in the last couple weeks I’ve seen 5th Wheel RVs bigger, cheaper & with a better overall layout than this home. It’s great to show tiny homes & I won’t say no to cheaper homes either, but this exact one has to be a no for me. I can, however, see a young college student/recent grad enjoying this home as they start their adult lives. Thanks for showcasing a wide variety of homes models, building types & price points.

Wow, they sure packed a lot into 495 sq. ft. I watch these videos to get decorating and remodeling ideas for my 1945 construction 864 sq. ft. prairie ranch house.

I would get rid of that front bedroom and use that space to add to the living room!

Honestly, too many windows! On especially bright sunny days, it'll be a nightmare. And with so many windows, there's less wall-space on the inside to push furniture up against the walls.

No kidding! I've been shopping for a small single wide for about 2 years now. I can't find a model that has few windows in the living room. Where are you supposed to put an entertainment center or any kind of furniture. I've asked several manufacturers that offer customized services and all I get is blank looks on faces. I don't understand why it's so difficult to understand. I would prefer 2 opposing solid walls but at this point I would settle for just a very large living room that accommodates basic amenities.

Get rid of all the very dark cabinets and color..that alone makes the house dark and claustrophobic...put the sliding doors where dining table is...why would you use up space for a half bath in a tiny house. Use that space to expand the second bed room or expand the whole living room...just doing those things would make this house very appealing..

I don’t like this house I’ve seen smaller, tiny houses that look better than this one.

Dimensions are, not dimensions is. It is simple subject and verb agreement. Illiteracy is such a turn off I wouldn't even consider buying anyting from a company that could not write a literate script for someone to read from or hire someone who is not smart enough to make that correction on the fly. 😫. Just disgusting. 3:06
