This is almost perfect. The only thing missing, for me, would be a half bath for when guests were over. I would not want people going through my bedrooms to use the restroom.
O9
I would agree, should be a 2.5 bath
And a copper sink
just what I was going to say, be nice to make that little closet in the laundry room into a half bath with a toilet and a pedestal sink, maybe a pocket door. Or have the half bath in the front of the laundry room with the washer/dryer pushed to the back where the closet would have been.
It would be Really nice if it had a Nice Half Bath Really that's all that's Needed so your not walking through someone's Bedroom to get to the Bathroom.
I was thinking the same exact thing!
Definitely a deal breaker
I agree with bathroom and refrigerator is very small for size of home …. Also front door you come into DR…It’s nice but too much to change?
Maybe they could stack the washer/dryer in the laundry room and add the half bath in there. It’s got the space for it.
@@keeganthorpe Excellent idea.
Not crazy about walking straight into the dining table when entering the home, or that guests would have to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom.
This place is for people like me... I'm not having all those guests .... If you are there it's because of an emergency..... Or you are that close that you get your own little suite ...for a couple of days 😜😜🤪🤪 after that gotta go gotta go..... ain't got to go home .......but you got to get out of here...... LoL
I'd pull out the dining table and just use the island to eat at. That table interrupts the flow.
How else could you arrange the rooms in a rectangular tube?
@@MoltenMozzarella LOL. Of course!
I am waiting to see these homes designed for use in a 4 season region. Most are geared to no winter coats, boots, hats scarfs, spring coats fall jackets and hats and mitts. Plus the direct walk in from outside in brings in snow, wind rain into your dining room table and living room. Id want one of those bedrooms to have a tub/shower, and the other just the shower. So 4 season designers will be great to see!
You would need to add a entry porch for that or an enclosed porch.
@deborahadcock978 or at least like our regular homes have, a front closet, with a patch of tile in front of it. S9me of these designs try a nook with hooks but don't alternate floor. I'm aware one can build on a porch, I'm saying add a front entry closet, or back entry closet. You are saying Deborah with your response that it's OK that these homes, and trailers aren't built for 4 season regions. I'm asking why not? Not evry9ne lives in the "south"
Heck we wollar in mud in summer and wet mess in winter. Need to come into a room with a dog wash for muddy boots, bath and shower so we can walk threw rest of house. If you drop all your clothes/shoes at door you still got to clean it up after a shower.
We ordered a Sunshine Home 16x84 it’s 1,200 square ft., love it, 9 ft. Ceilings and full sheet rock. It has ship lap, free standing soaking tub, hardi board exterior.. love it.
I don't get why builders have forgotten about entry way closets! Otherwise you have a pile of shoes and jackets at the front door, it ends up looking very messy right when a person walks in
Dinning table in the way !
Much as I love it no way in hell I would pay 100 he for a mobile home
I was thinking the same at first, at least for a single wide, but then seeing the amenities and finishes, it’s actually not too bad of a price
One side of the trailer is window-heavy and the other side is not. That's going to make placement difficult, in that if you get all the windows on the sunny side, the place is going to be blasting hot, or if all the windows are on the shady side, the place is going to be really dark.
The backdoor to these trailers has not changed in 50 years 😂
What I like about this home is that the walls are not paneled and the closets are not in the bathroom. Very nice.
Nice. Love it. Was hoping there was a tub. Maybe the large shower tub combo on one end. I'm sure that would be an option.
Yes...needs a tub somewhere and a bathroom where you are not walking thru someone's bedroom.
Agree And more counter space instead of 2 sinks in the bathroom- just not necessary
Beautiful home love the colors
If this is the Cadillac I'd hate to see the Ford. Outside looks like a storage unit and interior so cheap looking
It's still a trailer...saying it's nice is like polishing a turd, wrapping it in tin foil, and calling it a diamond
The home has a cool flow to it The closest/storage room in utility room. I would use it as a coat closet or hang shirts that I like to air dry. Maybe perhaps you could store an ironing board and iron as well. Would almost get rid of Island and put the table in the kitchen rather than off to the side. I also would have put a tub shower combo in one of the master bedroom. Otherwise great home, great tour.
I would take that out and put a freezer there
110k😂😂😂
How many acres that come with?
Problem is almost all municipalities and counties no longer allow manufactured housing even on your own land. Most times they must be at least double wide mounted on permanent foundations. Beware.
The authorities are supposed to be helping with affordable homes too!
This is perfect for my situation identical rooms, the dining room is in a weird place. Actually that works for us as we never have guests lol. I can’t believe we both liked this.
This is a perfect home, it has everything I would want, if I could afford it. 😊❤️👍🏻
I really love the accent wall behind the tv, as well as the floating shelf. I love the arch in the 1st & 2nd master suites. I like the ceramic tile in both the master ensuites. I love that island in the kitchen. Because I don't drink, I would put spices in that section. It all depends. Or I would use it as storage for my mail. I love that tile backsplash. I really love those open shelves in the kitchen, as well as the stones behind the sink. I wished they would put a tub with a shower in both the master ensuites. I do love the layout of this place. If I would decide to buy a place like this, I could have my mother who's up there in her age, she could stay in the 1 master suite & I could stay in the other.
There are no eve's on the sides which lead to water damage to wall and sidings the end have over hang that a plus on ends but the sides are going to have water damage with couple tears depending on location and rain fall averages
The big window over the kitchen sink is too big. It takes away from putting up more cabinets and having more storage. Just put a window big enough at the same width of the sink and then fill in the rest with cabinets. I love natural light too and the views, but not at the expense of taking away more critical storage in the kitchen.
This is perfect for a grown child still living @ home, it's like 2 master suites more people r doing thos bc cost of living is so ridiculous
I like the fact that both bedrooms have desk/computer area.
Wow timothy this is a amazing single wide this home is so spaciuos its the ferari under the single wide s the dining and kitchen are amazing so as the living room the primary is gorgeous i love that walkin closet and bathroom thank you for showing us this amazing home timothy
Take care and God bless you and your family
Best regards Anja
Now this one I would move into in a heart beat. Love everything about it!
Anything over 60,000 for a single wide is too much no matter what you say you won't change my mind It's a mobile home They deteriorate quickly
The only thing that’s needed is an enclosed porch addition once it’s set up.
A couple things one is if you have guest they actually have to walk into a bedroom to use the bathroom. A 1/2 bath would've been perfect the kitchen really nice but not a lot of cabinets and yes I agree walking right into the kitchen table not great, but full sheetrocked and higher end amenities
Also, if your doing yard work and need visit the loo, you have to track through the carpet.
I really liked the layout of this mobile home. It seemed nice and cozy, and if you're a single person and use the 2nd bedroom as a guest bedroom/reading room, it wouldn't bother me to have guests use that bathroom. Also you give a nice presentation of the homes you show.
Thank you. 😊
Love this... that would be my perfect retirement home - with a great guest room!
Ì absolutely love this house! Perfect size colors love the kitchen and counters! House is beautiful
Nice I would put a half bath in that laundry room
Love this house and it’s perfect for my son n me. Don’t need the dining room so it’s more living room. I would put in a half bath where the closet is in the laundry room.
I was thinking same thing for my mom and I.
At 1st I thought it was too much money but, it is very nice !
Need hardwood floors throughout.
Beautiful❤
Spacious and small, who knew!!!❤
Not perfect, but close enough! ❤❤❤❤
I’m from Johnson County Texas where Burleson is. You guys need to step up your decorating game. That’s embarrassing guys. Looks like Ron from over in accounting is sleeping in the master…..First Impressions guys!
perfect home for an older couple who want to down size but not loose the style
perfect if i was looking for a mobile home. i would use that second bedroom as office. Nice red beard you rock it!!!
I did not care for the table to be right in the way on admission, the closets are a good thing!. The kitchen was roomy enough for 2 and I love the cabinets. The home is perfect for two ro share, A bit pricey but affordable.
I wish I had saw this one a year and a half ago. I like our Solitaire, but this one is perfect.
It's nice but I would of liked it better if one bathroom had the shower and the other had a big tub
I agree! Saying this from my bathtub. Haha probably able to switch it out for a cost.
@@qweeknee4208 lucky lucky lucky
Love everything except one thing the price Sorry 😮❤😮❤
If my hubby would go for it, we could sell our home when we retire, purchase one of these cash, and add the remaining amount from the sale of our home to our retirement savings. Early retirement would s definitely be a possibility!
Absolutely gorgeous I love it I may change colors but it's beautiful ❤️ how much
He said $110.000 Dollars
Love it! That’s a nice smaller home!
❤ this one, it is the Cadillac of single wides.
I like them, they look beautiful ❤
I love it!!!!
I liked the fact that the living room actually seemed pretty big, enough room for a sofa and a couple chairs. The dining table I would probably push under the lip of the kitchen island as I wouldn't need it to seat 4 except for on occasion. I don't like open cabinets, at all, period. Would have a drawer in that one open space in the island, and like suggested, a microwave in the other. And I would dump the wine rack.
Are normal sized eaves an option? Really elevates the look to more like stick built.
Very nice. thank you
That's awesome
I love it ,I live in Central Texas I would love to have this beautiful home.
Problem with this is, if a tornado comes by you change your address from central Texas to East Texas really quick.
This is a gorgeous house
Love this
I’m in love with this!
I like the floor plan of this model!
I would take the island out or make it small and moveable.. then put the table set where the island is now .
I like the floor plan but Clayton homes put a nice bathtub in it's Master bedroom!
No matter what it’s still a mobile home with a hud label and will always drop in value. Mobile homes were created as temporary housing not permanent housing.
Boy your a bright one aren’t you
Like the two master bedrooms and there closets are very good size and love the bathrooms. Just hate that the water heater is in the side of the coat closet in the back of the laundry room behind a panel. Kitchen has very little storage and only 4 small drawers for kitchen utensils and flatware.
Lovely mobile!
I wish we could get something nice like this in Pennsylvania. Every home I like doesn't deliver to Pa..
Very nice!
Cool...very nice
I would like windows on both bedroom walls for cross ventilation. Other than that I love it.
Great for older couple
Love this❤️❤️❤️
Great SW but I don’t recall you giving dimensions? 14x?, 16x?, etc. I’d change a few things for sure but overall great home for a SW.
I love the 2 master BR idea but I prefer doors on cabinets rather than exposed shelves also a half bath would be a must for me
That one is beautiful
What’s the price point? This is so obviously the future that it feels weird that more people haven’t realized it yet. Just like the stigma of online dating took a while (but ppl figured out that using a computer program to connect you with possible mates was smart), the benefits of technological amenities and prefabrication is obvious. Thumbs up!
I like those drawers you just said so I can fill those drawers in the kitchen with pot that's what it fought pot drawers
I would hate to be in the back part of the house if there was a fire 🔥 DOA . No way out .
Does the price you mentioned include delivery and set up?
They should have option above floating shelf for large windows or 3 or 4 reg size.
Half bath for guest would be great and I didn't really care for kitchen seem to me to be done cheaply . But other than that I liked the rest . Laundry room was big enough to make it a mud room too .
love it
Tornadoes, God answer to the mobile home.
Why don't tornadoes pick on real houses????
It needs to be steel siding. Steel doesn't rot, can take high winds, its the strongest and last for decades.
Needs a powder room fot guests
For the cost of a full size truck or a jeep Rubicon its pretty nice.
The only thing I would change would be to eliminate the island. Then the dining table could be moved into the kitchen area and make the living room larger.
The closet in the washer/Dryer room should be a half bathroom for guests so they won't need to go in any bedrooms
They used to call The House of Harmony the Cadillac of mobile homes
could use a pantry and a bathtub.....
Definitely needs a bathtub somewhere.
$110k for a single wide?I remember you could buy a new one around $20k.
I love that floor plan. How do I find a dealer that sells this one?
Nice home
Over 100K for a trailer!! You can buy a real home for that or perhaps a little bit more!
These are supposed to even the "playing field" for home ownership. 110k is grotesque for a single wide. I guess affordable housing was an idea pre 2020
In the Northwest, you’re lucky in most areas if you can find a fixer under $300,000
Santa Fe 2 Singlewide $110,000 💵💵💵
Palm Harbor 🌴☀️🌴 2 Master Bedrooms!
Strange that the home lacks a bath tub.
What are the counter tops p made out of?
Oh & where are the HVAC vents ??
