Paleo Chris and Wild Kyle are two of my favorite fossil and artifact channels that I watch. It is always very cool when they get together. Don't stop! More adventures please.
That was a common garter snake at 18:00 , and they actually make pretty good pets. They are great for beginners because they are active during the day and stay relatively small in comparison to other snake species in the hobby.
I'm gonna disagree with it's just Felix. I believe that's an Eastern Ribbon Snake, Thamnophis saurita, not a Common Garter. And never take a wild snake home for a pet. They will never be a pet, I can almost guarantee it. Treat em like an ugly rock and leaverite there.
Definitely a Garter, would not recommend as pets, way to flighty, keep corn and rat snakes if you are looking for pets!!! But don't take them from the wild that sucks Edit: could be a ribbon snake
Can't wait for more videos from this area. Once again thanks for hauling us all along. Happy Holidays to you, Chris, Bri, and Natalie! Y'all have brought me much joy. Looking forward to our next adventure.
Yes! Get some wetsuits on tomorrow and look for some mammoth/mastodon goodies! What an awesome team, with such an excellent overlap of knowledge and skills. Invite Brie and Natalie as well. Make a picnic on a boat event out of it!
I really enjoy your friendship, it's easy and comfortable, just take you as you are and have fun exploring. That's a very rare thing and such a blessing. You both are very lucky and we all enjoy learning so much from all your adventures and finds! Thanks Guys!
Always enjoy seeing your videos, Kyle! I have been watching you and Chris since the beginning. One day, I plan on going down there and exploring! (Hopefully finding some amazing fossils). Keep it up!
Really digging to boat adventures! It’s interesting the preservation of the echinoids. Thanks for the video! Hope you find some sharks teeth when you go back.
I'm finally going to Florida! I'll be waving to you two as we pass through Gainesville! I absolutely love when you and Cris are together. Has it been 4 maybe 5 years since I found you two? Have a wonderful week out there wherever you two may be. Wishing you both a very Merry Christmas! Oh, I'm heading to Florida because we're going to be Grandparents for the first time!
That is just so cool, that a couple of paleontologists jump in a boat to go shopping for fossils... then you actually trolled for fossils! Only in the south.
My heart when that spider came out 😮 I love what yall do and I always want to try it out but I would have died and dripped everything in my hand . Reallly need to get over my fear of bugs 😂
Thank You Sir Kyle for the adventure's and the Knowledge!!! I wish you and your family and friends have a Very Wonderful Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year... 🙏 I always trip out when I watch your videos... You absolutely look like my cousin Jacob and the worst thing is you sound exactly like him as well... Are maybe vice versa... Identical Twins if I have ever seen them... 🙏🌲✌️🌜🌝🌚🌛
I have a hard time watching your videos, Kyle. lol.. I’m heavily into Gemology and I struggle to keep my eyes on the fossils like a good girl (follower) that I should be, rather than the rocks around them.. I keep straying. Such dilemmas! I’m getting better at it though I promise. 😄
I live in middle Georgia and have found many sharks teeth and other marine fossils - I do have one item I question may be an ancient pearl but don’t know where to go to have it analyzed

We appreciate that! Definitely many more to come!
Me too 😊
Thanks!
Thanks so much Paul!
@ My pleasure, a small price to pay for an evening of entertainment. Appreciate you!

It was such a pretty little snake!

@RickSmith-kp3sy they look identical unless we get a good look at the head and since we didn't there's no way to know for sure
@SonOfVulkan they're good for beginners cuz their needs are much easier then some other snake species and I've not had an issue with flighty garters
I loved those springs

We are very lucky 😊 Cris and I have been best friends for around 13 years now. Since long before we started UA-cam channels!
I had a great time! Thanks for taking me along!

Thank you so much! ❤️
Guys those little sand dollars are actually sand dimes. 🧐
Yes! Hahaha
👀 on the 🌞 side.
Shadowy shade dark hides things.
My feeling better.
Echinoids and sand dollars, two of my favorite fossils! They're beautiful!!!🎄❤️
We get some really nice ones here! Can't wait to go back when the water gets a bit lower!
Well that was fun!
Always enjoy seeing your videos, Kyle! I have been watching you and Chris since the beginning. One day, I plan on going down there and exploring! (Hopefully finding some amazing fossils). Keep it up!

Thanks for watching Kim! I did get a new phone that I've been filming with and the footage has been looking great from it!
11:39 those are more like sand pennies. 😊
aw this looks fun

It's definitely been about that long! We started our channels in 2018. Time really flies! Merry Christmas to y'all too! Have a great trip!
Kyle's demonstration of erosion is top notch.
Thank you very much 😂😂😂
@WILDKYLE you are quite welcome! Y'all are hilarious 😂
This is where your new book will come in handy
Very much so!
that was fun
Boys day out! The echinoids were really cool looking. Did you ever find out what species they were?
Never a dull moment along with you two! Always something new to find and see. Thanks!
8:45 up close the giant rock looks like an alligator head.
Kyle how long do you keep your hats?
Usually until they completely fall apart 😂
Collect clay for pottery.
Dog track, front then the smaller one is the rear print inside if the front print
Yeah it looked hilarious to us for some reason haha!
49 seconds ago! Caught ya!
Yes!
I’m adding a place to y’all’s bucket list: Alaska for fossil hunting!!!😊😊😊
Don't eat them Kyle! 😂🤣😅
Are you on the Suwannee? I remember all the clear springs along the River. This Florida girl misses it! Used to live in Chiefland.
What do you do with all your finds from your trips? I enjoy watching your videos!
We usually only keep the best of the best! But planning to do some fossil shows soon to help get rid of extras!
❤❤❤❤
😊❤️
Woohoo
😀😀😉
That was a Garter snake and they're harmless. Unless provoked, then they morph into a chupacabra and will eat your face off. jkjk. :-)
Now that would be a sight to see 😂😂😂
Kyle had to put the finger in 😂
OMG 😂
😮
I use to say they were Poseidon pennies the small sand dollars…😁
Hahaha that is a perfect name for them!
❤
It’s a seabiscuit, in family with the sanddollar
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How do you all clean the stuff off of the noids?
Very carefully with some vinegar usually! Just gotta be super careful because it will eat at them.

I think when you watch this video back you'll see some sand dollars you missed.
I saw a LOT while editing haha
Hey Kyle, love all your videos. How does someone get it touch with you? I live in Birmingham and wanted to invite you to see my home museum sometime.
Kyle what river and county is that?
The heavy parts have already sunk.
Get out your snorkels boys.
Y’all joked about Eocene pearls and that got me to wondering if you’ve ever found pearl fossils?
We never have! I'm assuming it would be possible, but I'm sure VERY rare!
I live in middle Georgia and have found many sharks teeth and other marine fossils - I do have one item I question may be an ancient pearl but don’t know where to go to have it analyzed
Raccoon tracts. I think.
Definitely a lot of those around!
Why aren't you paning for gold in that clay, here in Australia that would be prime stuff right there
We don't get gold here unfortunately!
@@WILDKYLEreally? damn that looked so choice 🤙
Raccoon tracks?
Raccoons n otters
Great video. Terrific people.
