This is literally what i want to do sometimes with homeless people. I actually i did do this once with a homeless girl! I brought her to my home and turned out she was really crazy and she had to go! she went off on me for trying to get her help I offered her to stay in my place till we got her in a program but she wanted to continue being an alcoholic. I'm glad this man was willing to work and I would love to help someone who wants to be helped!. God bless this woman and her husband ❤

Yes, unfortunately some homeless people are crazy and liars. I bought a homeless young girl (looked around 20) dinner and she said she was trying to get back home which was about an hour away (fishing for money) I told her I would happily give her a ride as I didn't have anything to do that evening anyway. She starts stuttering and quickly changed the subject. She looked very annoyed as she walked away from me, no doubt because I didn't give her money.

Most homeless people are homeless for a reason. Drugs , felonies, or mental disorders. I always give them food because I know if I gave them money, they're on their way to get drugs. I would never invite them into my home. Too many things could go wrong.

Came here from “a Facebook message that sparked hope” and this is truly amazing as well. The world would be a better place if people helped each other.

Wow! I'm blown away. I think of myself as a compassionate person but I'm nothing compared to Ginger Sprouse. I bet she's secured a place in heaven already.

It is awesome, but please don't be decieved, good works don't get us to heaven. We get to heaven by asking God into our hearts and forgive us of our sins.

Amazing story. Glad she opened her heart. That's what life is about and of all her successes this will be the top and most likely the most gratyfying.
