It's a choice. I say that because there are others who may not have gone through half of what your Dad did and will make that excuse to do nothing with their lives or to not care about anyone... but your Dad made a choice and he became better instead of bitter. I was told the difference between "better" and "bitter" is "I"... when one focuses to much on "I" didn't get this or that etc... anyway God bless your Dad for overcoming it all and being a great example to you instead of following in those footsteps. ……today I saw a business man insult a barrista because he didn’t use more caramel syrup in his $4 Frappuccino... I was watching this video and respectfully asked him to watch it with me, he silently got up apologized to the young man and gave me a $25 Starbucks gift card, I in turn payed it forward to a homeless lady with a dog…y’all see how kindness has an infectious result?…

Hubby and I did that while living in my home state of Virginia. We helped someone find their way to the border between Virginia and North Carolina by having them follow us to there. Glad to know there are others out there willing to help those who are lost on the road. Especially since as someone who rarely drives, I know how frightening it can be.

ncphocused. WELL THIS WAS MEANT TO BE. ( WHETHER YOU'RE A BELIEVER OR NOT) GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS. THAT WAS NO MISTAKE. GOD'S HANDS WERE WITH HER AND WITH HIM NOT ONLY WITH HER BUT OTHERS. THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY PESSIMISTIC VIEWS. JUST MY OPINION.
Workshop she traveled to was in North Carolina. On her way back home from North Carolina she stopped at 7-Eleven in Strasburg, Virginia asking for help to get home to Cleveland, Ohio. Strasburg location is off I-81 if she had stayed on I-77 that route would of taken her back to Cleveland.

I can't stand getting lost, and is one reason I never go far places..
I don't know why my sense of direction is off, then I panick and start crying.
I remember my daughter and I were lost. A lady was kind enough to show me the way. My last words to her were I Love You♥️♥️♥️
