    "we massively over invest in senior people in this country"
    I couldn't agree more, this is one of the biggest problems with our system. When you look at CEO to average worker wage ratio, you can't unsee that it's a problem

      I saw this comment before watching the video and thought senior citizens/old people and then at the end when he says senior people as in C-suite it made me laugh.

    extreme greed is not ethical and we can finally end wage slavery and implement achievement based pay.

    If 4% employee ownership is good, isn't 100% ownership better? And ESOP provide huge tax savings.
