Hi. Good recipe but just a small piece of information. Kababs are always barbequed, never fried or deep fried. This is a Bengali Indian recipe called Dimer Devil or Egg Devil Chop, made commonly in Kolkata and the rest of Bengal, Orissa and even Bangladesh. Only difference is that in Kolkata while making this they double coat the Devil with crumbs, that is first roll them up in the crumb, dip in the egg batter and then again crumb them. This makes the crust even more thick and crispier. Alternately, you can even half the boiled egg and make two Devils out one egg. And if you want a mini meal minus that much egg and potatoes, you can even slice the egg into four long pieces and make four Devils out one egg! Thats what i often do while making Devil. You can search and find the recipe on you tube. All the best!
thank you for the information... I didn't know about that... I'm gonna try making the mini devils sometime in the future...I think they'll look way cuter! thanks :)
my sweet child, you prepare each recipe so easily even the beginners can prepare it easily. this is a very delicious snack for tea time. Allah bless you and grant you a very happy and successful life.
I didn't do the eggs but I put the filling in for the samosa, it was perfect! I made it 3 times and today i am going to make it again for the last day of sitta shawwal fasting! Thanx for the recipe!
This looks fantastic! I really like our pleasant voice and gentle way of speaking, it was definitely a pleasure to watch this video and learn a new recipe! I rarely subscribe to channels, but yours is one worth it! Thank you kindly and be well!
you can use cereal/cornflakes crumbs or oats... you can also process some corn chips just make sure it's wheat/gluten free or just buy gluten free bread crumbs. Hope this help :)

Hello I'm new to your channel and these stuffed potatoes are like Cuban stuffed potatoes (only difference is that they contain beef hash, Picadillo). I think I'll try this recipe soon 😄
nice recipe, wish to try that, 10 full marks.😁 ( its spicy potato wada with inside one boiled egg combination) = egg kabab, great combination, eat with tomato sauce😁
yes, I do. In a saucepan (big enough for the eggs to sit in a single layer) I place eggs then fill it with cool tap water. On high heat I bring the water to a boil. Once boiling I turn off the heat and cover the pan with the lid for about 10 minutes. Then I drain immediately the eggs and soak them in cold water once its completely cool I start peeling the eggs. I hope you'll love it! :)
Very yummmmyyy recipe. I didn't try yet but believe me its seems really delicious. I have also a recipe of Potato Egg Balls, but altogether different thing. You can also try.

yummy - this looks so good - is it Indian or Persian recipe? I love both anyway :) so much better than our western tasteless food
thank you! :) this is adapted from an Indian recipe called egg/mutta kabab where they usually use smaller slices of egg.

Do you have a foolproof method for boiling eggs? Will try this recipe very soon, Insha'Allah.
