What a treat from the Algorithm today, excellent work. Those tweaks really add a lot of character, charm and sense of movement to an otherwise entirely dull mini. Awesome paint job too mate 🤙
Very nice 🤘🏻 I built a side mount for the gun on mine, and swapped the gunner for ammo and supplies. It's a bit more fluffy for my Raptors, like a forward operating scout thing, stashing equipment for later use or resupplying other units 🤷🏻♂️
Absolutely gorgeous model work and colour scheme. My only question would be; why not spray in wraithbone to begin with? They sell is as a spray can and it’d save you a good bit of base coat work
I don't have a 'good' reason... But I prefer starting everything from that default sprue grey - especially if I've been kitbashing and I've got other bits of different colours and things stuck on. Coloured rattle cans tend to be quite pricey too... And I'm a cheapskate! So currently I'm happy balancing the 'extra base coat work' with less expense 🤷♂️
I think if you could of made a little dirt or cloud fly up and also tracks the ground in a skid to make the turn look more at speed but that just one thought otherwise very good a small amount of change to improve the look of the vehicle.
I'll never understand the culture that exists in Warhammer that spends tons of times getting their conversions and posing just right, only to break out a drybrush and scrub them down and dowse them in washes. It's like "just spend the same amount of care on the paint job" and you'd have a fantastic model. Instead it just looks like a great model that needs to be rescued.
I still think it's one of the many instances of absolutely hideous Primaris design, but boy, is this an improvement over the standard version. Nice job.
I still think the model sucks. But I think your "fix" is great. Not only have you improved the pose, but you have added character. That does a long way!
Great model low effort high impact. I found your channel recently, and I have been watching your older videos and I have something to say about your 9ed black templers army. I made the same comment under the first rebuilding video, but I'm not sure if UA-cam notifies you about comments on older content. Your 9ed black templers army is still perfectly legal for you to use. You can use legends units in any game of 40k except at official GW tournaments. The legends' rules are official GW rules, and they are free for everyone. The distinction between codex and legends is just because GW doesn't want people to use older models in tournaments because they don't sell them anymore.
You are right. And the same goes here of course - we could all just use old school Attack Bikes. I'd caveat it with - "it's easier to play with newer players with 'current' stuff and rules"... But there's always a time and a place for 'retro'/legends lists! Thanks for your thoughts!
Definately solves some of my problems with the ATV, still can´t wrap my head around the choices of what things do and do not get bases in 40K. Idealy everything would have one and not overhang more than an inch. I think your video would be even better if you moved the camera around a bit more to show exactly what you want us to see. Like when you show all the paints you could have just showed them all side by side in a single shot from the side with the lable visable

Alas, I'm not really a videographer and half the time I get so caught up in the hobby I forget to record or that I am recording and the footage is either non-existant or utter garbage! But it's all fun!
That's a really nice mod, my issue is with the general silhouette but the change you did with the suspension helped make it look a bit more... Believable?

Agree on the white. My old Whitescars were a more bine colour. I ended up swapping the Chapterbadge & making them a successor, saved any whinging.
