For me, the design and finish are a combination of classic and modernity rolled into one, which are done in good taste. I prefer shiny floors just like shiny cars! Matt finished cars don’t look good, so as the floors. Look at the lobby floors of all 5-star hotels around the world, very shiny and impressive.
The lay out is superb. The finish is classy that exudes elegance and luxury. The beautiful patio that runs around the house highly aids you in seeing the exterior portion with 360 degrees unimpeded view. I love the urinal for the master’s convenient use. Oh, the twin lavatories with a large built-in mirror and huge wardrobes in the dressing cubicle are an added bonus for this impressively built home. The price is just right. My grade is A+.
The thing that bothers me the most and which cheapens the worth of the property is having a small size lot and the building is pretty much connected (dikit na dikit) to the next house. There is no backyard, and no really no yard around the house. I guess you need to buy 3 adjacent Lots and build your house in the middle Lot.

Thats why the house is elevated. Dont know if the subdivision is prone to flooding but we know for a fact that the outside of the subdivision perennially encounters flooding during typhoon season.
@@SinnedSawiuga we used to have a house in that subdivision and yes it gets flooded, elevating your house won’t make any difference because you’ll still be stranded inside while praying that the flood doesn’t get as high as your car’s tires.
Do you have an 8-car garage home? I remember going to a subdivision in QC where the homeowners are required to build homes with 8 car garage. They are discouraged to park on the streets.

Why all house, when it gets to kitchen their too small, there's no much kabinets.. And no big spaces in the kitchen. It's awkward the other wall of the kitchen stairs.

By and large, this home under review is worth its price tag. I am giving this home an A+ grade in fairness to the seller! For me, this residence is impressive.
