@@aflyguygaming4411 not quite. He’s using the vengeful charge blade belonging to scorned Magnamalo. It has a blast ailment on it. All charge blades with ailments have impact phials.

The skin is pyre rakna so it doesnt have fire in the first place it would still be blast so however you see it, it would be a impact CB anyway
Normal rakna doesnt have red glowing parts on the weapon, its just strange how pyre weapons look more like fire than the normal rakna

Embolden do stack with Guard. Embolden 3 = Guard lvl 5.
