I absolutely love the story!! It is so compelling, and the concept has a good depth. I could listen to this narrator and never be bored. Who says creepy pastas are always for kids? LOVE IT
Kind of crazy that this author wrote borrasca 2 years later. Went from writing this, a decent story with an annoying, ignorant, almost-antagonistic main character to writing my favorite story of all time with fantastic, real-feeling characters. She made a lot of progress in those 2 years, really nice to see.
This is now one of my favorite creepypastas. Not only is it a fairly refreshing addition to the demon subgenre, but the story, atmosphere, and narration are all what I hope for when listening. Great work to everyone involved!
Except stories like this and borasca are not creepypasta! By calling it that, you discredit the author. This story is completely original work, not at all the kind of thing that is copied and pasted all over the Internet. And creepypasta is copy pasta. If you copied this story you’d be plagiarizing
Thanks for this! Her stories are usually kind of similar but I actually love the mysterious-small-town with a hint of scifi & romance formula. So enjoyable, interesting and entertaining! Wish her writing was around when I was young.
This was seriously such an amazing story. Olivia did such a fantastic job, the story was captivating and immersive, I loved the characters and the settings. Dude this was absolutely freaking phenomenal! I cannot sing its praises enough!
This kinda fell apart towards the end. It got super cheesy. "Dont ask" explanations are lazy. And apparently Jamie is John Wick?? The narration really saved it for me. She did a great job
Disagreeable, I feel like they built it up fine, it might just be my rose-colored glasses, or my nostalgia clouding my vision, but I think it progresses perfectly. We’re all allowed to have are own opinions, even if we think each other are wrong. Anyways, have a good night.
Don't get me wrong, I loved it. But it definitely got sloppy at the end. Like Jamison's henchmen just disappeared. And why were they suddenly able to shut the door to trap it at the end and not when they came out the 1st time? Among other things. But again I really love the story, it just needs to be developed a bit more.
This story is great fun. I find its cheesy bits great for a campfire retelling. I would love to continue the adventures of the characters but understand why it probably wouldnt happen. Thanks for the GREAT narration!
I really enjoyed the first part. I first listened to this on another channel years ago, and had no idea there were two more parts. The last two parts had a lot of promise, but fell short in my opinion. When you take a story out of it's original element (going from a deep woods story into place like the city) it doesn't have the same feel, and just doesn't measure up. That's just my opinion. Good reading of it either way.
Stumbled upon this story for the second time in about a year and still pleasantly surprised at the intricacies of the story. In particular I like the narrator's voice
Thanks for uploading all three parts! I just found CK Walker's website, and it's p great if you like to binge on a specific author.. it has all of her stories as well as links to audio recordings of her works...
One of my favorite C.K. Walker stories! Honestly that moment when they went down in basement ....which is a hell no from me but that moment freaked me out!
It’s not creepypasta. By using that term you discredit the author. This story is a completely original work. Creepypasta is a form of copypasta- the name’s in the definition. It’s not copied from someone else. And if you copied it yourself, you’d be plagiarizing- essentially breaking the law.
Oh Katie. Tisk tisk tisk. Curiosity killed the cat. Almost killed the Katie too. If a fucking stone demon started chasing me out of its super heated underground prison, and i was lucky enough to escape, the last damn thing id do is go looking for the why and how. And im a staff Sargent in the Marines with 3 deployments to Afghanistan, 7 confirmed kills, and a purple heart.
One difference between a decent story & a great story? I found out some very interesting lore on my quest to contain an ancient evil. Dont ask me how. I found out some very interesting lore on my quest to contain an ancient evil. *Proceeds to give detailed background information on the lore of the Ancient Evil* Can you guess which is which?
For some reason could only listen to this on cellphone. Too many areas of not being able to play on pc and laptop. Not just on mine but my friends also.
Demon statue pops head out of trap door. "Hey kids. Y'all got anything to drink? I'm fair gasping for a bit of water. Or a pint. Could really do with a pint."😂
How does she not think Jamieson Scott is Jamie? I cld be wrong but shldnt at least cross her mind. That's what I thought the second I heard his name. Well, I was wrong. I realized who Jamie was when she did. But still I think the name Jamieson shldv made her question him
Damn... This story drew me in and I'd venture to say it's right up there in the greatest stories of Creepypasta right along with Borrasca and Penpal. You guys at CTFDN Rock!
1/3 part of this story is great- just like Borrasca. Walker knows how to build a mystery and characters you want the cheer for(though I gotta admit the main here is pretty dumb). But the stories are always ruined by cliche villains, diologue and over the top finalies :/ It's okay written. I've listened to a lot of his stories and always find myself disappointed.
It's the curse of wanting these horrific stories to have happy endings. Don't get me wrong I love happy endings. Hell, I couldn't stomach Borrasca without the happy ending in part 5. The thing is, the mood of the story goes from The Shining to something from Shonin Jump; hence the corniness.

Borrasca made me sick on my stomic
Was it good? I've seen it, but not heard it.
@@chrismclaughlin3988 Borrasca is a phenomenal piece of work. It’s the best creepypasta I know of, not even a contest.
The moment the story started I was thinking “Borrasca Prototype” I didn’t actually know it came out before, meaning it literally is the prototype
here thanks to creepcast 🙏
This is now one of my favorite creepypastas. Not only is it a fairly refreshing addition to the demon subgenre, but the story, atmosphere, and narration are all what I hope for when listening. Great work to everyone involved!

Narration is on point! And Olivia has such a beautiful voice
Here from borrasca, hopefully this one will be just as good
This kinda fell apart towards the end. It got super cheesy. "Dont ask" explanations are lazy. And apparently Jamie is John Wick??
The narration really saved it for me. She did a great job
Thanks for the great feedback!

Absolutely love this channel, very professional and brilliantly creepy stories. Thankyou x
This was awesome!!! How have I missed this story. Your reading style had me immersed in the story as if I was actually along with Katie. Awesome
I love CK walkers stories and I love how he jumps the time line
Daygon Cornhole CK Walker is a woman ^^
Wow, what a great story. I couldn't leave my seat for this one. Thank you!
Our pleasure!
I liked it 2
This is so good, I love any story by c.k. Walker. But Omg, Katie isn’t as smart as she thinks she is, or just sooo oblivious. Lol
Hindsight is always 20/20
Awesome story and narration so far (I'm now at the half mark, more or less) . Making one's voice sound emotional without being theatrical is not easy.
You are my favorite storytelling channel keep up the good work
Thanks! Will do!
The writing and narration on this one were so gripping and immersive. Really well done. Most obvious twist in history though.
i work the night shifts and this is perfect to fall asleep to during the day 👌🏼
I work night shift too
Good story, narrated well.
Thank you.
Subscribed.
This story continues to be a personal favorite of mine.
Yaaay first I love you guys!! Excellent talent keep it up!!
The narrator helps bring this "B" story sound more like an "A" story.
Excellently told, great narration and a great storyline.
C.KWalker has done it again... love this story
This story is great fun. I find its cheesy bits great for a campfire retelling. I would love to continue the adventures of the characters but understand why it probably wouldnt happen. Thanks for the GREAT narration!
End of part 1 Creative and chilling.
This needs to be a feature-length film! I don’t know who would be fit to portray who, but this story has the silver screen written all over it.
Protagonist: YOU AINT NOTHING, DEMON SCUM
Demon statue: Sis, u about to catch these fists
1:00:04 “I had to know who could be this stupid” (let’s a weirdo write a song about her for free WiFi but the whole time she had her phone)
HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Ur fuckin awesome
I love listening to your podcast at work. It makes a dull day a lot more interesting!
Thank you, Anita! Glad we can help!
I honestly thought Jamie was Scott. But when he turned out to be the guard it was definitely a surprise for me!
Thanks, this fed my monsterous bloodlust.
Really compelling, and truly gripping.
I didn’t know there was more than - part to the story 😍

Kaitlyn : " Easy Christain Grey..-"
Me : was definitely not expecting that but anyway-
Great start, poor finish. The narrator did a great job.
My gf would say that to me all the time /:
this series starts off so great but gets progressively worse. The narration was excellent 10/10!!
AMAZING story... Hope to hear more.. Sudscribed to ur channel.
Great story, excellent narratiom!
This was a good one!
love this one.
Great story!
Awesome read,awesome story.
Quality...excellent story, outstanding narration....has a great old school horror/classic chiller vibe going on that i love

Tnx
I live in pa and I’m right near Harrisburg in palmyra so this gives me chills
Middletown here 😰
Adams county here.
Used to live in Hummelstown. Scranton now
Ok I didn’t think borrasca could be beat and it hasn’t but this story sure came damn close
Second favorite
you shouls read the Left/Right Game, they're pretty close, but I personally think Left/Right Game slightly beats out Borrasca (But by very little)
CTFDN! My favorite bedtime stories.
Loved the story line!
Wow this one is hard to find narrated thank you
Ayo, the writer did a good job with the plot twist towards the end.
One issue with the story is that, had she been studying the geography of PA, she'd be aware of Appalachia.
She was a kid back at first
Don't get what u mean
How did I not find this channel sooner
We're glad you found us either way!
@@chillingtalesfordarknights thanks for the reply guys ! Means alot to me haha
@@cherrybomb3713 You're welcome! :D
I live in this area . We are shrouded in mystery .
That would make a cool movie, very well written and read. Awesome!!! ☺
Maybe if you are a teenager. Story was bland, predictable and Katy is a stupid Mary-sue. The demon was the only interesting part.
Very nice 👍👍👍
The first part was absolutely amazing but as it went on it felt like a corny action movie with a typical rich villain.
Wait until you hear about real-life villains
I tell you what Mrs walker can write. This was spooky.
My sisters last name is Walker also
Nail biter
I LOVE CK WALKER, IVE READ ALL THE STORIES!! MY FAVORITE IS BORASCA OR THE STICK MONSTER ONES!!!
I just found this. CJ Walker is going to be one of my new favorites.
I absolutely love this story; it so well written and performed!!
I think Kaitlyn sacrificed her intelligence to the demon in part 1.
God i love this channel
Maaan best work
BRAVA! BRAVA! Another rare favorite!!!
This is dope one of my favorites
Holy shit, that first story rocked me.
Oh wow! So glad I finally listened to it. So well written and amazingly narrated!
This is cool
This can be a movie.
One of my favorite C.K. Walker stories! Honestly that moment when they went down in basement ....which is a hell no from me but that moment freaked me out!
I wanted a long forest creepypasta that was long, I found it and it was by C.K WALKER. I got very lucky.
It’s not creepypasta. By using that term you discredit the author. This story is a completely original work. Creepypasta is a form of copypasta- the name’s in the definition.

Absolutely brilliant, well narrated and totally draws you in.
This was brilliant.

Unsurprisingly, perhaps, this was written by the same author who penned "Borrasca."
@@chillingtalesfordarknights
Yes, I knew this was the same author. C.K. Walker is terrific.
Apparently the name Jamie/Jamieson works like Clark Kent's glasses.
Jamieson wasn't Jamie though...
That was a Red Herring.

No. Jamie is the bodyguard 🤦♀️

Thank you Chilling Tales for Dark Nights! Couldn't be more grateful! Keep it up!
Not even close to a 10. To many dumb moments and terrible main character. Speak for yourself. 4/10 and only thanks to the demon.
Fuck this is good
Excellent!
