That’s beautiful that you involve your son in things like this so in the future he is ready. I have a brother that has Down syndrome and I love him a lot. Food looks good I’m goin to try to make it. You got yourself a new sub 👍
I lived in Iran in the 70s and lived in the Middle East most of my life afterwards. I cook all kinds of food but love Persian food the most. It was fun watching you guys. My wife is a Baluchi by the way. I would like to have a glass of dough with you someday. Peace to both of you
Your fire pit is perfection! If i was your neighbor, i'd be halfway over the fence already! Almost exactly 50 years ago to the month, i had my first Koobideh in Athens, Greece not knowing what i was in for. I have never forgotten that meal ... it was perfect. i was 21 years old and as naive as could be. The grilled tomatoes did it for me! I'm gonna follow your lead tomorrow! thank you and you beautiful son for an exquisite video!
Chef Mohammad joon and Ramsey joon, thank you so much for a wonderful video and sharing your expert tips in making koobideh kabob and doogh. I will definitely try both out. God bless you two!
This is by far the best Kebab Koobideh Instructional videos that I have seen. I see that a lot of time and effort went into perfecting your recipe. I have been trying to make kebab for the last couple of weeks and this is easily my favorite instructional video. Its not often that cooking videos are as thorough as you were, and I was impressed that your food ended looking more delicious than most videos I have seen on UA-cam. I am excited to feed my family the kebab I will soon make using your help Thank your for the wonderful video, keep up the great work Chefs!
The love and dedication you put in the entire process is awesome and adds to the flavour and experience! The way you skewer it, patience, care and time to make it perfect, every skewer is a juwel! I am going to use these tipsfor my 'Dutch Kebap' The onion juice, and butter/saffrane int the end are really adding that bit of flavor. Love it! The drink that Mo made also looks very good! It's warm here, I will make that drink too!
Loved it! Making Adana kebab has been my latest garden party trick, but your detailed tricks will take it to the next level. Nice parenting by the way! Thanks.
Thank you so much for this video. It was perfect and I love persian food and must try this also. I hope u keep making great content like this. Greetings from US. 👏🏼😊
