There are five classic shapes of handbags:, satchel, crossbody, tote, shoulder and WoC/clutch. You can always find those. They may not be "in trend,"but they don't disappear. Rubber bags, slouchy hobos like Brooklyn, elongated baguettes, clear bags, heavy, fringe....trendy. if people around long enough, they'll see them cycle through again and again. It's not sustainable for many people, in terms of space and finances. It's not good for influencers but there is always a new thing on the horizon.

I have huggggee boobs. A crossbody bag makes me instantly look frumpy, downplays a classy look and creates this weird boob division that is anything but flattering. I don't care that it's hands free, safe. Etc etc etc. It's ugly. It's unflattering. The end. I changed over to pochette style (but with no logos) shoulder bags: slim, sleek, tucks safely under the arm, doesn't even feel like wearing a bag at all. Carries the essentials. Looks sleek.
