I loved the part where natalitus rushed in like a hero! He probably wanted to get revenge on Medusa with a 1-tap. But, this is just the best thing in project arrhythmia! Please finish no matter what happens.

I shall hereby declare that Medusa truly is a powerful boss. At the end, with the player's inescapable fate before he was intervened by Nautilus, he simply says 'die', which implies that his previous attacks were not meant to kill the player, but to rather to taunt them.

Say what you want about Nautilus getting the drop on him. That entire fight was an unbroken 3 miuntes of "I do not mess the $%@# around." Medusa is a badass in my book.
He wasn’t in the heart locket because he is the only assassin that managed to succeed. The assassins that failed get locked up in the heart locker and chained to be later petrified by medusa. Nautilus was not petrified because Nautilus had failed Jestar so many times and Jestar wanted him to feel pain for an eternity as Nautilus watches the world sail by as he stays chained up to be left to die.
And if you pay attention in the part where medusa says: im better, am stronger, am faster, am smarter Pay attention to the music and it sounds like he is saying it with the music

He wasn’t in the heart locket because he is the only assassin that managed to succeed. The assassins that failed get locked up in the heart locker and chained to be later petrified by medusa. Nautilus was not petrified because Nautilus had failed Jestar so many times and Jestar wanted him to feel pain for an eternity as Nautilus watches the world sail by as he stays chained up to be left to die.
